SCAMMERS! PLEASE DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY FOR MOVING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I HAVE PROOF! I CALLED FOR THEM TO MOVE MY BELONGINGS LESS THAN 60MILES AND GAVE THEM MY DEPOSIT FOR THE MOVE. THEY BOOKED ME FOR THE FOLLOWING MONDAY FROM NOON TO 3PM. AT 1 O'CLOCK I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEIR "DISPATCHER" TELLING ME THAT ONE OF THEIR MOVERS GOT HURT AND THEY HAD TO PUSH ME BACK TO TUESDAY. RELUCTANTLY, I AGREED IF THEY WOULD BOOK ME IN THE MORNING AND THE "DISPATCHER" SAID SHE HAD ME BOOKED FROM 8AM-9AM. TUESDAY COMES AND I CALL THE COMPANY AT 8:30AM BECAUSE I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE MOVERS. THE "DISPATCHER" THEN TELLS ME SHE WAS GOING TO REACH OUT TO THE DRIVERS, FIND OUT WHERE THEY ARE AT AND HAVE THEM CALL ME. AFTER 15 MINS ONE OF THE DRIVERS CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THAT HE'S GOING TO BE AT MY APARTMENT IN AN HOUR AND 20 MINS. I CALMLY EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT TIMEFRAME IS NOT GOING TO WORK BECAUSE I WAITED SINCE MONDAY AND THAT I WAS GIVEN A TIME FRAME OF 8AM-9AM. THEN ANOTHER GUY GETS ON THE PHONE, STARTS YELLING AT ME, CURSING ME OUT AND SAYING I NEED TO BE RESPECTFUL TO THEM, CALLS ME A BITCH AND THEN HANGS UP. THEY REFUSED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE BOOKING AND ALSO KEPT MY MOVING DEPOSIT BY STATING THAT I CANCELLED THE MOVE BY TEXT, WHEN I DIDN'T JUST TO COVER THEMSELVES. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED AFTER WAITING 2 DAYS FOR THEM TO PROVIDE A SERVICE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BEEN GIVEN ON MONDAY! THEY DID ALL THIS WITH THE INTENTION OF NEVER PROVIDING THE SERVICE AND THEN THEY BLOCKED MY CALLS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND MAKE THEIR LIVING SCAMMING PEOPLE WHO NEED MOVERS! NOT WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! I HAVE PROOF! BOOK WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Worst movers ever! Do not use this company. The movers would not use a dolly. They moved one tote or box at a time. They wouldn't keep their civic 19 mask on even after I offered to give them one. They were absolutely awful. And, after I paid Alex via zelle $862.00 when the cost should have been $650 if the movers would have loaded/unloaded more than one box at a time. After I paid the movers just left my stuff on the lawn cause Alex called for an additional 40.00. I am reporting this sham of a business to the better business bureau. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! TGE WILL BRAKE YOUR STUFF, LOAD/UNLOAD ONE BIX AT A TIME, TAKE CIGAREET BREAKS, WONT WEAR MASK, AND LEAVE YOUR STUFF ON YOUR LAWN IF YOU DONT PAY EXTRA. ALEX NEEDS TO GO TO JAIL FOR RUNNING A MOVING SERVICE THIS AWFUL.

While the price was right, unfortunately, I can't recommend a company that doesn't stand behind their service in an honest way. The experience went sour the moment when a mirror broker due to "wind" as the movers stated. When I pressed the manager to compensate me for my loss he thought it was fair to pay 1/3 of the actual cost to replace it. Now, I would imagine there must be a limit to the out of pocket reimbursement that the moving company is willing/able to compensate for their own negligence, especially for a low cost moving company like this one. But this is where insurance for their line of work would pick up the slack and cover their losses if the business was being run professionally. Not in this case. The gentleman, Alex was his name, proceeded to educate me that only expensive movers have insurance and I should have expected that a loss with his company will not be fully covered since I was getting such a great deal as it is. He proceeded to email me a policy which only proved my point even more. He forwarded me another moving company's policy for broken items which stated that only a portion of the cost of a lost item will be reimbursed if I chose the more economical option for the services. But this only applied if I had a choice between the standard price and a more economical price option that doesn't cover the losses fully. He did not offer me any option that clearly stated the difference in coverage of property loss. The only agreement I received from him was via text for the hourly rate based on the crew size. Furthermore, he even had the nerve to say that if he told prospective clients up front that if their property is broken and he won't be able to compensate them for their losses, he would not get their business. That is a blatant lie by omission of undisclosed company policy to the unsuspecting public. If you value your stuff don't go with them. If you think the moving company should stand behind their work/service this company is not for you. I took the offer of 1/3 of the cost of the broken item. I would be foolish not to, but I lost 2/3 of the cost, which by the way I had to replace and again paid full price for. Clearly, the company would rather keep roughly $80 in their pocket than to do right by their client. I will never recommend a company that treats their clients this way. Buyer beware!

These guys are SUPER nice. Over the top polite and considerate. They're not a "professional" moving service. If you want to pay double their rates, you'll probably have a little bit less work and time involved. I was happy to pay their reasonable rates and put in a little work myself.Whenever I've moved, something always gets broke. This was my first move this wasn't the case. Throughout our move, the team kept telling us they were going to be careful, but I was was skeptical. I was wrong, as there wasn't a broken item or scratch on anything.We booked them on short notice (within 24 hours, due to our previous movers dropping the ball), and they only charged us a reasonable $10 per hour upcharge for our last minute booking. Very fair. The booking process, even at the last minute, was friendly and easy. Moving is extremely stressful. Ready Movers made it less so. I'd definitely recommend them. My only caveat is since they're not one of the big corporate movers (that'a good thing!) you can't expect that. But their rates are so much lower than the corporate movers. It's not "you get what you pay for" though, because Ready Movers seem to genuinely try to deliver the best they can.Tip your movers! My team had been at work for 12 hours, and had a great attitude. I hate spending even a couple hours moving. So if your movers have a good attitude and are working hard, take care of them!Thanks Ready Movers.

I mean these guys just did not show up. It appears the business double booked and challenged how long the smaller mover would wait.I understand delays happen, but these guys were late well over two hours before they were "10 minutes away," and another thirty minutes after that before they were "20 minutes" away. I then try to call and apologize after I've give up waiting.You get what you pay for, or not. Stick with bigger more well know establishments to ensure some sense of integrity.
