Service is awesome.  Maurice and Darm helped me out with a ton of stuff. Maurice especially helped me out. He assisted me with moving some of my stuff in when he didn't have to. Always helpful, patient, etc. something's are outside their control, like these misc random increase in monthly cost. But as far as the local service goes, perfectly satisfied!

We initially came here because they had a special deal online to get the rent at a very low price.  When we signed up for it on their website, it didn't ask for when we would move in date but just for our name and credit card number to hold in that price. SURPRISE! When we decided to go to the store we reserved it for, it said we did not reserve anything and it was the full price of over a hundred dollars a month (but the first month was still $1, of course). No where at the time we reserved the the price or on our recipe we got through our email did it warn us. It did not say at all that this reserve price would only hold for within 2 weeks before it will not be save. We search all and write through the email that said we reserve the unit and nothing showed us that we needed to used it ASAP. We had no choice but to rent from them with their high price. They said to file a complaint but we heard nothing back. The only unit they had for the size we wanted was on the 7th floor which was the very top.That was already a terrible experience. We already knew it was standard that they had us buy a key and insurance for renting out the unit. The location of this public storage is pretty awful. The space to enter can be narrow to get in and out of the small parking lot. The CTA train runs behind the building, so it can be loud at times.Once we picked up our stuff, there was a terrible mess. Apparently, the store thought it was still okay to store people stuff in the unit with no real ceiling but a net and have their dry wall falling apart of our stuff. The staff ALREADY knew the wall was falling apart and debris was falling on unit. They clearly told us that they were repairing the walls but it was a slow process. We happened to have a unit next to the wall that was not being repaired. The only reason the wall was falling apart they said was because the CTA runs. How much safer can this place be please?!Some of our stuff was not tape up or left in bags. All of those stuff that had clothing in it smelt really bad. Every piece of clothing had to be rewashed. Some of the debris went into some of our machines such as a dehumifier and ruined it.I would not recommend this place. I rather go to Lifestorage as they were much nicer and not next to a CTA. They looked like their had a more sturdy building too.

I came into public storage to purchase moving supplies. This establishment is a superb example of customer service. Upon arrival you are greeted with smiling faces and the clean smell of pine sole. Yes, this place was immaculate. There was not a speck of dust on any of the displays. Maurice graciously left his seat to explain the moving supplies packages that they offer. Then he allowed me some time to make my selection without him being to pushy. On top of that Maurice carried my heavy box of moving supplies to my car. I can not ask for nothing more when it comes to excellent customer service. The packages ranges from $34.99, $59.99, and $100 plus tax. All of the packages come with tape included. You can purchase single boxes as well.

Only been here a month, but the manager, Maurice, always greets us and let's us know that he is there to help.The location is convenient and we haven't had any issues yet.
