While I have also not used this specific company, I attempted to do business with John Ryan under the name United States Logistics.  Please check out my review below of John Ryan's other moving company and  the reviews on that business as well.  Proceed with extreme caution.UnitedSatesLogistics is a front to take you money and then not preform the contract.  All calls go to voicemail first so they can screen all incoming calls. Potential new clients get immediate attention.  After they get your deposit (1/2 of contract total) all customer service stops.  All subsequent calls go to voicemail.  No action is taken on all subsequent voicemails left. Only first time callers get assistance.  Messages left on voicemail are not actions and calls not returned.  Messages left on the business phone of the sales rep John Ryan are not answered and calls not returned.  Even when the voice prompt states that John Ryan is on the phone and will return my call as soon as possible.  Request for return of deposit for non performance of contract are ignored.  The staff of this company act as if the business is bankrupt but the website remains active.  Sales rep John Ryan told me that "we go out of our way to take care of service members."  They took my money and dropped me like a hot rock.  Do not waste your time or money with this company. And it just gets worse.  After a month of ignoring me I got a call from a person named Ben who claimed to be the United States Logistics Dispatcher.  He profusely apologized and told me that the CEO John Ryan was in the hospital and that is why my phone calls were not returned.  Ben the dispatcher said that he would take care of the situation and move my furniture as soon as possible.  That was weeks ago and now neither CEO John Ryan or Dispatcher Ben will update me or return my phone calls.  Horrible experience.  Dealing with this company only guarantees that you will be contacting a lawyer for advice.  This company is counting on you not going through that cost and effort.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT'S BEEN 1 YEAR AND I'M STILL AWAITING MY REFUND! JOHN RYAN...WHO IS YOUR SUPERIOR???We contracted Movewire to facilitate moving my entire house from one Chicago neighborhood to another Chicago Neighborhood. I specifically asked John Ryan if Move Wire was the name of the moving company OR a service that sub-contracts movers. He specifically stated MoveWire is the name of the moving company which later proved to be untrue. Three, juvenile looking, inexperienced movers showed up on moving day who damaged my couch. After several MONTHS of excruciating phone calls to John Ryan I was finally told to send pictures to a repair company. I was given a quote of $500 to repair the damaged wood on my $2,000 couch. The repair company forwarded the quote to Move Wire and Move Wire has NOT given approval to begin repairs nor have they acknowledged receipt of the quote. In fact, Move Wire has not responded to any further attempts to resolve this matter.In addition to the above complaint, MoveWire failed to provide a service to move my grand piano. As a part of our moving contract, they were paid in advance to send a separate company to transport the piano. We waited till midnight on moving day for this company to arrive and they NEVER arrived. Because of MoveWires deceit, we had to eventually hire another company and that process didn't happen until two days later. After our horrible moving experience, we now see that others have had equally horrid experiences and were also deceived by this company. John Ryan...It's been 1 year and I'm still waiting for you to resolve this matter as you promised!

This was the worst mover I have ever dealt with and I've been selling Real Estate for almost 17 years.  If you are thinking about using these people MOVE ON!The whole experience was a nightmare. They were supposed be there between 9 and 10 and didn't show up until 1 due to an over booking (that was the explanation I was given). When I called to  find out where they were I was treated like a dog and talked to in such a degrading manner by the owner. Yelling on the phone and telling me about his degree from Northwestern and his previous employment...like I give a crap. I was just calling to see where they were at and what time they were coming as we were waiting in a parking lot at the storage facility for hours and the drivers werent answering their phones. Calling me hostile and that I need to play nice...seriously!?! when I just needed an estimated arrival?  When my mom called in the morning to confirm the time John told her to erase his cell phone number and never call it again.  Nice customer service, huh? Items were broken, nothing was wrapped.  Very unprofessional. They gave her an estimate and YES you guessed it, it was under bid by several hundred dollars.  They originally gave an estimate $329 to $369 and it wound up costing $925!By the remarks you left after your review you helped people to see who you really are without me saying a word.  Thanks, John!

Please do not even think to call this company. There is not enough space to tell you the nightmare we have endured. If I could give you my phone number I would and beg you not to call these people. The owner is obnoxious and a fast talker. Call ANYONE ELSE BUT MOVE WIRE, PLEASE! Save yourself the heartache we were given. The company lies, are very unprofessional and little did I know only in business about a year. But this only a quarter of what happened. You have been warned. Moving is stressful enough without this company to add to it. Good luck.
