I used Microship back in May (2017) when I moved to my new house. Working with the professionals at Microship was the easiest and least painful part of my move. Their moving professionals were on time and moved all of my furniture and fragile items quickly and safely. From the time they arrived at my old home to the time they were unloaded in the new house it was a total of 4hrs. Nothing broke and everything was moved with care. On top of it their pricing cannot be beat. I will absolutely use Microship in the future and I have already recommended them to a few friends.

The worst movers you can hire. They requested pickup a day earlier and I said yes. Movers and packers showed up with no packing boxes and blamed me for it even though their bill of lading showed moving and packing on it. I had to go to Home Depot to get boxes for the movers. The receptionist/coordinator/whoknowswhat at Microship is as useless as a rock in a ditch. On top of that she didn't let me speak with the owner to let me inform him about her incompetence. The owner doesn't seem to care either. Rightfully I gave her a piece of my mind. I believe she doesn't let you speak with the owner to hide her incompetence. The owner also appears to give no crap about customer service. It took them more than one month to even initiate shipment to my destination. Completely unhelpful and useless, they give excuses like "I was away on vacation" and it takes 25 business days not counting holidays to ship, which is unheard of anywhere else or with any other  mover of repute. The incompetence of these people is astounding. The movers told me they would repack clothes from a packing box into a wardrobe holder once they got back to the warehouse. Not surprisingly, that was not done and all clothes, laundered shirts, suits were just dumped and crammed in the box and arrived crinkled. On top of that they keep calling to change reviews on Yelp. Use these useless movers at your own peril. Ugh! Go with one of the nationally plying van lines, these people are nothing but a headache.

Microship did an outstanding job moving a small order from Chicago to Cleveland.  Mary was quite helpful, Rob was very clear and communicative, and the mover, Dicky, was very professional.  Everything came as I had packed it, and each box was delivered carefully into my new condo.  I thought the price was quite reasonable, given my request for expedited shipping.  If you have to move a small order, this is absolutely the company to use.  I am very, very satisfied with Microship's outstanding service.  Thank you!!

Microship did an excellent job with my move.  I called an talked to Mary who was very kind on the phone then Rob returned my call the same day with  a quote.  It was a local move but treated me like I was moving across the country.  The window for delivery was met and my stuff was fine.  Good crew of guys too.

I have used movers over the years and Microship was far better than any service I've ever used!! The crew was professional, accommodating, and efficient! I would definitely recommend these guys for your moving needs!!
