Excellent!  I needed an extremely large piece of glass/dining room table moved with a very awkward sculptural base this morning, and they did it with no incident!  Great price and will use again for future things! Thanks!!

In light of new developments, I would like to warn Yelp users, past, current and potentially new customers, keep your facebook settings private and block this owner.  Joseph C Brooks IV (as listed on facebook), trolled my page and sent me a nasty message via facebook, in addition to the libel that he has committed right here on yelp that he removed in 3 previous responses.  When he doesn't like a review of other reviewers he will say in his yelp response, "you must have the wrong company". What a joke. Please take time to read the 'not recommended 1 stars reviews' at the bottom of the page. I wish I had! All were spot on!Folks, none of this is worth it. Do your research, read my previous two comments and use a reputable moving company.  Moving should not be this stressful under any circumstance, and definitely not in the aftermath either.Hoping this will help this 'business owner' move on and stop contacting me.

They damaged interior at pick up location in front of my eyes. The employee said he would get claim form and instead contacted the receiving party to whom items were being delivered and bullied them not to file claim. They are likely to say damage did not a occur , figment of my imagination , but be warned they are cheap and cheerful - not cautious. Several years ago we had items moved by them and several days later we were robbed. While I have no evidence to connect the two events - we always had the doubt.I could be wrong but where there is smoke there is fire!

Sorry to say Joeys only lived up to part of the original job.  They moved me out no problem.  They held my stuff in storage but the nightmare began when they moved it to the final destination.  The crew could not get my very expensive and big dresser up the stairs so it went back to storage only to be redelivered by another crew who got it up those same stairs and yes that cost me extra.  Then after 10 months I've give up on Joeys to purchase the ottoman legs that they lost.  I got them the information to purchase they only cost $52 but after countless lies and communication I'm done waiting for them. I'll be buying them, but Joeys shouldn't have strung me along for so long about how they were trying to get the legs they're on order to be in in 12 weeks only to have another excuse.  Do yourself a favor go elsewhere for your move.

Never used a moving company before but Joey's was great! We went from the second floor to a fourth floor walk up and the three guys did it under 2.5 hours. AMAZING! They arrived early, brought wardrobe boxes to load in my clothes, brought items where I wanted them and worked well together. Nothing was broken or scratched and they were mindful of the walls when moving. I will definitely use them again when I move! There were no hidden fees so I knew the price going into it.
