Infinity Movers

I would never use Infinity Movers again!! They were so unprofessional. I seen the movers moving my next door neighbors and it looked as if they were doing a pretty great job. I asked there pricing and it seemed very reasonable. I received there information and set up my appointment with Ellis. A day before my move I called Ellis to confirm my date and schedule and everything was fine.  The day of my move I asked to push my scheduled time back two hours. Ellis told me I wasn't on the schedule for today. I explained that's impossible because I called confirmed 24 hours ago. After going back in forth with him he agreed to send movers to my address. The movers get there and they tell me they do not have the tools to take apart all of my furniture. My options was to leave it behind or allow him an extra 40 minutes to take it apart without the proper tools. However, when my boyfriend arrive he was pissed because he felt we're paying them to have the equipment to get all of my furniture moved today. So after speaking with my boyfriend he told him it will only take 5-10 minutes to move my furniture. After looking at the entertainment center again he insist he can't move it. So they finished packing up the truck to head to the new apartment and they leave before me and my boyfriend. On the way to my apartment we see the movers circling a random street. I call them and to see what they are doing because the new apartment was literately around the corner from my old apartment. It's no way they should have gotten "lost." Also if I'm paying by the hour they need to GPS the most efficient way to new apartment because I don't have time or money to waste. In the midst of everything my boyfriend calls Ellis to complain about my entertainment system. Long story short my boyfriend had to completely go off on them about not having the proper tools to move my entertainment system and they eventually moved it to my new address. And after everything was said and done I received a huge scratch on my bedpost and a poster of my was ripped. Needless to say I would never use them again or recommend their services. Cheaper is not always better!!!

i just got them to move me down the street..it was terrible. one guy was on the phone the whole time and one was just too old to move anything  and look like he had been drinking all night! i really want to report them to bbb and i will ...this is the worst i ever seen..never used this company to even move your dog or cat!!!
