Incredibly professional from start (requesting a quote) to finish (handling the paperwork post move). They were very transparent in what the quote was and I loved the they prorate the time by 15 min increments. We felt that the pricing was fair across the board.  Carlos and his team to care to wrap everything and had a system that made it seamless. They noted furniture before the move that might be chipped or unstable and helped us refine some of our packing to make sure it was a success. We utilized the concierge service that was as easily streamlined as the move and were excited to have all of our utilities taken care of as well as cable and internet. We really appreciate their hard work, professionalism and care. As a real estate professional having experience and second hand feedback from many movers we think these guys deserve an A+

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. We had the worst inter city move ever! Do not use this company! A small sampling of the issues we had (I wrote them a three page letter detailing each issue plus another 16 pages of photos for claims):1) they took over 3 hours to pack the truck even with us helping them, and it was very poor job done resulting in BROKEN ITEMS. We were very organized when they arrived so this should not have taken more than an hour to 90 minutes based on our experience with prior moves in Chicago. 2) They were late by more than an hour causing us to miss our time to drop items at the off site storage unit. 3) their truck was in disrepair! How can you drive around the city representing your company that way?!4) they could not find our new apartment location (despite us providing clear instructions) nor communicated to us they were having problems until we repeatedly called resulting in 2 hours of wasted time.5) we filed a claim with them July 19 regarding our broken items and after I requested confirmation of receipt several times, finally was acknowledged July 31 but have not yet heard back any detail on the process. Spare yourself the trouble! Do not use In and Out! I had a good experience coordinating with Ellie before the move then everything went downhill day-of. I will acknowledge they attempted to rectify the extreme problems by storing our items overnight for free however we then had to meet them again the next day and pay additional cost for labor. This move took a total of 9+ hours, 7 hours Friday and 1.5 hours Saturday. And we did a ton of lifting and carrying ourselves. Absolutely unacceptable for a 1 bedroom move within Chicago.

Two moves with in and out, both went off about as seamlessly as a move can. Great price, nice people, and an easy process.

The worst move I have ever had due to their incompetency.  On moving day, the movers did not arrive, nor call between their 2-hour arrival window.30 minutes after their arrival window ended, dispatch called me to say they couldn't move me that day!!!!! (I had arranged for a specific crew of 4 with piano moving experience since I had a small spinnet piano).   They said they MIGHT be able to send another crew, but they'd have to leave the spinnet piano behind and not move it out until 2 days later!  How am I supposed to leave my piano in an apartment that is no longer mine???  I moved 5 blocks.  They estimated 3-4 hours move.  My past moves which have been between  further distance and with higher walk ups on both sides took 4 hours with crew of 3.  This move was 7.5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with a crew of 4!  They provided me with 1 professional mover, 1 okay mover, and 2 kids who didn't know what they were doing.  Most of the time I just saw them sitting down on the steps of the basement talking on their cell phones...not moving or helping move AT ALL!!  No wonder it took 7.5 hours, since only 1 or 2 of them were actually moving my stuff.Additionally when they moving truck arrived, it sideswiped a parked car, and did not leave a note or anything.The dispatch was one of the rudest people I've spoken to, and every time I opened my mouth, he talked over me and demanded I stop talking and just listen to him!!!!!!!!Unbelievable! Do not even come close to thinking about using this company.  It's terrible.

I had a great experience with them.Carlos was a quick responder and easy to work with.The team was quick, efficient, accommodating, and awesome!  I would recommend.
