History

Established in 2001. We created First Class Moving & Storage, Inc. to provide customers with the most stress-free moving experience in the industry. We started started out of a small office and have grown into a full service moving and storage company with approximately 60,000 SF of secure and heated warehouse space in Northbrook. Our business ideals have led us to become an A+ rated company with the Better Business Bureau. We are also members of the American Moving and Storage Association. Our ILCC MC number is 130447. Our ICC MC number is 421937.

We highly recommend First Class Movers. Their quote was the highest of three but was the most thorough so we chose them to avoid surprises. They provided sufficient labor to efficiently pack and move our 3 BR home (6 hours to pack and 6 hours to complete the move from Arlington Heights to Evanston). All movers charge by the hour plus materials and we were pleased to have the move completed in a workmanlike manner, the actual cost was 25 percent less than the estimate. The crew showed up on time and they took VG care of our belongings. We are very pleased with the service provided by this company.

Best move I've EVER had. Everything about USA Moving and Storage was great. Every step of the way. The owner Jerry gave me an accurate estimate. The final bill was even UNDER the estimate. The movers were perfect... punctual, incredibly careful, hard working - I had to push them to stop for a minute to drink Gatorade or water - it was hot. Santiago & Miguel... and the rest of their guys... were kind and communicative. We started with a walk through (I'd labeled some things not to take and just mentioned others) and it perfect. Day One packing. Day Two load and move. I have a great deal of memorabilia and they were so respectful of its importance to me. I know that I couldn't have packed things as well myself. Before they were even finished I was emailing friends to use them! These guys make what is typically stressful into a positive, productive, even fun, experience.
