Family Moving moved the heavy pieces of furniture from my MIL's house to her new 1 bedroom apartment today.  I give 5 stars to the moving team of Stan, Taylor and David.  They were polite, worked efficiently and carefully prepared each piece of furniture so that there would be no damage.  There was no damage to furniture or walls.One star was deducted because I did not receive a call the day before to tell me what time we could expect the movers to arrive.  It was a major inconvenience for me because I tried from 5:30pm - 8:30pm to get a hold of someone from Family Moving.  All phone numbers went to voice mail.  Emails were unreturned.  I got a return call at approx.  8:30 am today telling me that the movers would be there between 9am and 10:00am.  Mark did apologize for the mix up on his side. Despite the glitch in    the pre-move communication, I would use Family Moving again.  Their prices are reasonable and the move went very well.

This is the worst moving company ever.   THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!   They were several hours late.  No phone call to apologize. what's the point of giving us a window when you are several hours passed the window?? When we arrived at the house we had them move our bedroom furniture into the bedroom while keeping everything else in the garage.  That was supposed to be easy!!!!   So while they were moving stuff, we heard a big boom.    I asked the guy what was that and he said I don't know?!!   (Later turns out the he dropped the nightstand and it put a huge hole in the wall and he never told us)Then they scuffed the sides of the hallway - in our brand new home!!!     If that wasn't bad enough - they STOLE from us.     They took a picture which after my husband called to complain they later admitted it was left on the truck!!   Really a 20x36 picture was left on the truck?   That's funny because The truck was empty when we looked so they must have hid it in blankets.   We are still missing a blue ray player and our fire tv box!!!Do not use them for anything!!!  They are the worst movers ever - they steal from you, they will ruin your house and they are not honest people!!!

This has been the worst experience and a nightmare. The movers arrived 3 and a half hours late and didn't get notified by the company until I repeatedly called them to find ETA. The crew dropped my washer outside on the street, dragged my wooden book case and scrapped walls and scratches on my furniture. There is an emergency number you can call but that was a joke. After several attempts to get connected, the person not only didn't resolve my issues, he never called back and wouldn't answer my call again.  I left several messages to have a person that could make an executive decision to call me. I have not heard from them yet. I highly recommend you utilize another company as this was the worst experience that i have had w a company. Jim Sifuentes

Talk about a total WTF experience....  So two rather scrawny guys showed up. When it was supposed to be 3, but I guess one guy was drunk so the two who did show up left him on the side of the road befor ariving at my house. I've used other moving companys befor and typically the dudes are beefy but thats really besides the point. The movers were careless and damaged my things. They sracted the fuck out of my dresser  (and i mean huge 14 inch by 1 inch, huge sratch on my newly refinished antique dresser) broke a lapm shade on $140 lamp, broke my stemer/carpet cleaner, managed to smash the handles on my daughters kids kraft kitchen, that maybe weighs like 30 lbs. And then they couldn't get the couch inside, so ofcourse they gave up and left it on the back porch, when all that needed to be done was to remove the base by 8 screwes and I ended up dragging the damn thing in the house my self!Oh and then to just make this whole experience so much more unforgettable 2 days later one of the guys calls me to tell me I'm beautful and ask if i need any help around the house, after getting my number from the delivery papers.... wow! Just wow!!!

Great service from a local moving company, my crew was amazing and they were super friendly and curtious. Angel, Dio were amazing and knocked out the estimate under the estimate. Thanks guys, you were amazing!
