Chicago`s Best Services

This is my company

Specialties

Established in 2008.

History

The business began as a Cleaning service in Presidential Towers in 2008. Very soon clients asked for Moving assistance, Moving turned into Junk removal. As the business grew out of Presidential Towers clients asked for Patching walls, Painting services, and Handyman services. Next came Odd Jobs. Where do you call when you don't even know how to explain what you want. Classic example is the day a woman called who had a Amish Chicken Coop (about 700 lbs) sitting at a dock near Pulaski & Hwy 55. She had no way of getting it to her farm in Barrington. From there it has grown to having teams of great people who now do complete Makeovers in one day. Moving, Patching walls, Painting, Carpet Cleaning, and Move-out Cleaning all in 1 day. We also do Renovations. And like I always say...«You name it and I'll get it done!» 25 years of Sales & Online Marketing as an Entrepreneur. I started this business for fun because my French girlfriend from Montreal came to Chicago to live with me. She didn't speak English very well but she liked to clean and wanted something to do while I worked. I had an idea...So, I started at the 49th floor of Presidential towers and put flyers under ever apartment door. I took 1.5 hours per tower, a total of 6 hours and a very sore back. There are 2536 apartments in those 4 towers. Immediately, the phone started to ring and now here we are 7 years later with a thriving business model. Today my role is making sure from the time you call or text (whatever your needs) that the job is done to your satisfaction from start to finish. I'm with you the whole way through the process. Thank you for your time and I look forward to meeting you!

I contacted Bryan about moving a couch from my house to the junkyard. He was punctual and set up a removal for the same day. Two of his workers came and took the couch for $150 (plus tip), which was a bargain. However, the next day, I went down to my alley and see my couch lying on the ground behind my garage. I immediately contacted Bryan about what happened. He was short with me and rather condescending. He claimed that things like this "never happen" with his service and he was very sorry. However, he couldn't promise that the couches would be moved on the same day. He said multiple times someone "was on the way over" and that I should just wait around for them to move the couch. (As of a few days later the couch is gone, but streets and sans could have taken it as well)I was understandably very angry about the whole situation and referred to the whole situation as "bullshit" to which Bryan told me to "watch my language". I'm sorry, but, if you scam people out of money and don't perform the services that your customers paid for then you absolutely cannot expect sunshine and rainbows. So TLDR: Paid this company to move a couch, they moved it to my back alley and then the owner was short with me for being angry about the whole situation. SCAM.

My Mother has finally decided to move out to Cali and so after 45+ years of accumulating stuff and never never ever throwing things out my sister and I decided to try and clean out some trouble spots in my mothers home.  We are both out of state so we had a tight schedule and had no time for B.S.  I was worried a little with a couple of bad reviews but decided after much research to give them a go since a majority of their reviews were 4/5 stars!THESE GUYS ARE 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!Humberto and Bryan immediately took our call and came over and did an estimate.  I was very upfront with them about what I wanted to get done and then they gave me an estimate. At first I thought the estimate was a little high but if you factor that you do not have to get day laborers or hire a truck or drive it to the local dump  it actually is quite reasonable. That being said Humberto showed up with 2 guys on time and went to town!!! over two days we completed the task and we were very happy.  We were cleaning my mothers home out and she was very distraught about it all.  These three guys had such a great bedside manner and were very understanding and worked with her and us and were very compassionate when it comes to dealing with people.  I was very appreciative of that.If you use them I suggest being ready.  I think the negative reviews are from those that are not ready and expect more than what is able to be given.  If you have your ducks in a row and are ready to get the job done. Have your materials and equipment purchased and ready so they can do the job.  If you have to send them to home depot you are not ready and paying for travel and shopping time... I am pretty sure that type of person complains about everything...At the end of the job 2 x 18 foot trucks filled from top to bottom and front to back with over 2 tons of rubbish.  not easy stuff hard stuff like old couches, big screen cvs fish tanks, pavers, old tile old exercise equipment  the list goes on and on!These guys worked the asses off and I appreciate when people work as hard or harder then me which is why they also got a great tip (my absolute pleasure!!))  in addition to this reviewI will be calling them again so remember me fellas as I want the same service again!!!enjoy the photos!!

Super easy transaction. Sent a few pictures, got a quote almost instantaneously, and it was done the next day (Sunday!). Price was super reasonable, too. The job was done quickly and I was never asked to hold a door open or anything -- this guy was very self-sufficient. I had 5 years of accumulated junk I needed to get rid of; I was moving from a 2bed/2bath in bucktown to something tiny in New York. Had a ton of books, clothes, etc. -- see photos. I put the stuff to be donated in one room and stuff to be thrown out in another room along with the added complication of "don't throw away the treadmill in the middle of the throwaway pile." I did a crappy bagging and boxing job (ran out of boxes so stuff wasn't boxed, there were a few things I probably should have double or triple bagged because they were jagged and/or heavy) but my apartment was left spotless as was the elevator, entryway, and hallways. If it was littered in remnants of broken beer bottles or if the guy had taken twice as long because he had to make more trips due to my crap consolidation job, it would have been completely understandable. Nonetheless he did a great job, was uncomplaining, and as an added bonus was super nice to my dog.
