I would highly recommend Chicago Best Movers after using their service this past weekend. Samir, Dan, and Dimitri arrived early and gave a thorough estimate of cost and time before they began work. They also took extra care to wrap our furniture. They completed the job early, even taking the time to reassemble our furniture and put it where we wanted it. Bonus, they even made sure to give our pup some attention, too! The entire experience with Chicago Best Movers was fantastic.

I had a move from the western suburbs to downtown Chicago (storage unit to storage unit). I dealt with Mickey over the phone who was excellent and attentive. Michael and Dimitri were my movers. They showed up on time (which I was pleased about because it was during rush hour). They were both courteous and prompt. Honestly, I haven't checked my furnishings to see see if there's any damages since all of my stuff was already wrapped from another move; but of the things that are visible it looks in order. The price was reasonable and I went with them based on yelp reviews.

They did a fantastic job for me. Lots of questions in the beginning, even asking for photos of certain items to be sure that the team they had lined up could handle the move that I had. I only moved four blocks away, but the two guys that I had, Samir and Dan/Don, were amazing. They only took two little tiny breaks in six hours. They were so helpful to me and so courteous and kind. I would definitely recommend them! Nothing was broken.

We loved these guys! Chicago Best Movers truly delivered. Moving can be a super stressful experience, and these guys made it feel effortless. From scheduling to moving day, the entire process was smooth. First, there was no run around about pricing. Every other moving company required us to fill out an extensive list and felt like we were being nickeled and dimed for every piece of furniture- our quote from CBM was clear and based on hours, and in the end totally accurate and without hidden fees. Our movers, Sunny, Elvis, and Kahce (I'm sure I am misspelling his name) were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything was packed perfectly and showed up without a scratch. I highly recommend them, the quality for the price is unbeatable. Thank you for making this move our EASIEST yet!!

The movers did a good job in general except for the fact that my TV broke down!! I was told by the manufacturer that it is due to rough handling. I tried to call and even sent a text msg however no response or call back .. Please note that TV was wrapped in blankets - and the movers ran out of blankets for the rest of my furniture so they had to shrink wrap and some items just moved as is with no protection. My TV is a little over 2 years old !!
