These guys did a great job. They arrived on time and were quick. They were very respectful and professional. I will be calling upon them again next time I move.

Have used the moving company 2 times so far. One last year and one two weeks back.  First time move went fine. They came on time and did a good job which made me consider them for the recent move. I called up to schedule the move one month in advance. Because that's how early I will need to schedule the elevator in the building to get a spot. I asked Shaw who scheduled the appointment regarding their recent bad ratings and he mentioned it was because he isn't paying for yelp and they moved good review from his profile. Recent move was an absolute disaster. Appointment was to move out at 1 PM on Saturday. 1:30 PM - Called up to find out where the movers are and was told two of their drivers didn't show up and he can't tell me how long it might take for them to get to my placeSituation: I didn't get a good vibe and started looking for emergency movers in the area and since it was the last weekend of the month everyone were booked till the 2nd (Tuesday) of next month3:00 PM - Called up and was told the movers were going to unload into a place nearby and head to my place at 5:00PMSituation: I was furious but still tried to be nice because I have no other option5:00 PM - They still haven't showed up and when I called I was told I will get a call back in few mins5:15 PM - Call was put on hold. He asked all my details again and then told the movers are finishing up another job.Situation: At this time, I'm talking to building security/management to allow me to still move. They are not too happy since the guy who works have to leave at 5.5:30 PM - We start moving the boxes outself down using the elevator and wait downstairs6:00 PM - Called up and was told I can talk to driver myself6:00 PM - Called up driver and he says his ETA is 1.5 hours since he has to drive from far away burbs.7:30 PM - Start move. I have asked only for 2 people and 3 people show up. They had small truck for the amount of stuff I had. Was hoping they wound't break anything.Situation: Can't blame the movers since they have already completed 3 moves for the say and accepted this move.10:30 PM - Move complete . No discount for their screw up or anything. Paid what I accepted.Not a very good day to say the least :)

Not a good experience. This company was refered to me through a friend. For one there was a language barrier as far as the time and pricing at the end. None of my items were wrapped, they took 3 hrs and 15 min and tried to charge me for 4 hrs.I have items that were cracked, scratched and broken. The worst part was when the movers called their boss/owner to check in time and cost and he was cursing over the phone. How rude and ignorant! I wanted to put no stars but it doesn't allow you too.Be aware...

I wish I could give them negative stars. No show. They were supposed to be there by 5 pm. It was 6 o clock and they still didn't show. I called them and they told me they were gonna take another hour!! They didn't even apologize once. They just said they weren't going to send any body. HORRIBLE!!!

If I could give half star, I would. I booked these movers after purchasing furniture off Craigslist. I took an afternoon off from work to meet them at 3 PM. I called several times the day of to confirm the time and location-- no answer. Finally able to reach them and was told they were running late and it would be 4 PM. I leave work and drive 45 mins. to the seller's house and arrive by 4 PM. I wait in my car.... finally, at 5:30 PM, I get called by the boss that they are running late (AGAIN! AND THANK YOU CAPTAIN OBVIOUS) and that they would arrive in 30 mins. 30 mins later, boss calls again, they will be there in 30 more mins. They finally arrived at 6:35 PM-- 3.5 hours later than the scheduled time!!! To make matters worse, the boss actually had the nerve to ask me on arrival to pay them up front (before any moving/lifting/hauling was EVER started). WHAT. NO.If I had another choice that afternoon, I would have dropped these guys and declined their service altogether. But they knew I was vulnerable and needed their help and they monopalized the opportunity. They did not care about MY time, the seller's time or the quality of their service. Worst moving service I have ever witnessed! Do yourselves a favor and NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.
