I saw few reviews down below. They could have experienced that, but my experience with them was ok.I had a good estimator (Marco), the guys who loaded and unloaded were ok. I would say its individual experience. If you are having hard days, the best of the moving company can provide you a bad service, and if you are having really cool days, the worst of the moving company will be the best for you. Some tips....just make sure, that the company exists and its not fake. I got few quotes and they seem to be fake with fake websites (all links broken) no proper address, getting calls from different number every time, their US DOT number not matching their company name and so on.Good Luck Guys!

I hired Anywhere/Top Class to move my belongings from Chicago to Connecticut. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A MOVING COMPANY. This is not my first long-distance move, in fact I have made several long-distance moves, namely Michigan to Florida, Florida to Rhode Island, and Rhode Island to Illinois. The main thing is that I got my shipment 10 (not a typo, ten) days after I expected them. Their response was they had a 2-week window from their promised delivery date. So basically they said tough luck, no sympathy, and certainly no compensation/discount. Not having my things is a huge problem for many reasons.. 1) No dress clothes, I had to buy dress clothes (shirt, tie, coat, belt, shoes) for my new job - and an iron and ironing board too. Before you call me out on this, I packed two shirts, one tie,  one pair of shoes, and one pair of khakis just in case it was late by a couple of days. But it was late by TEN days. So yeah, I wasn't prepared for that.2) No bed, had to buy an air mattress. Whatever, I probably needed one for guests anyways.3) No cooking utensils/silverware/plates, had to buy take-out food or microwave/oven food.Other things: 1) I got charged almost $100 for a "special type of box" to put my large framed artwork. I could have bought one from Home Depot for $15.2) On delivery, you have to pay the balance in cash. Have to. They absolutely will not accept credit card or checks. Just be careful because many ATMs have a daily cash withdrawal limit - mine did, so I had to go to the bank as it opened up.3) As with any moving company, you will usually get an underestimate on how much space you need in the trailer, so be prepared to pay $300-500 more. That's what happens with most moves, but I guess I was hoping I would find a company that did not gouge me when I have no bargaining power.I thought a Chicagoland-based company would be an excellent choice for a Chicago move. I figured I'd pay a little more for a family-owned business - where I would get personal service. Both were huge mistakes. Listen to me and the other reviewers: don't use Anywhere/Top Class Moving.

Absolutely terrible. I would give a zero star rating if I could.  I moved long distance and this was a nightmare. They were less than cooperative, unkind, and took zero care or pride in their work.  EVERY PIECE of furniture was broken in some way. They LOST a crucial part of my bed (a very expensive bed that I had hoped would last me a lifetime). Unfortunately I could not get the part replaced and 1. did not have a bed for over a month (I slept on the floor on mattress) and 2. Had to spend more money on a new bed.The worst part? As I expressed my concerns, this company didn't care. Not in the damn slightest. I did not receive a single response to my concerned emails. Not one. I tried to be as nice as possible but I never heard back. how disheartening. These moves did at least 5,000 dollars worth of damage to my stuff including the price of a new bed frame. As a young professional who was anxious about a big cross-country move by myself, I was very discourage by how unhelpful this company was and how much more difficult they made my move. Please please please don't go through the headache I went through. Use a different company. I still have not been able to afford a couch since I have had to deal with the damage costs of this moving company's extremely poor job.

*** PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, AVOID THIS COMPANY ***I was charged $400+ for extra space on the truck at pick-up, and then their re-packing crew took it upon themselves to negate that space (that I paid for) by putting several of my boxes, duffle-bags, and a coffee table on top of my clothes into my four (4) wardrobe boxes after shoving them down to the bottom of them. The sales representative, Antonio repeatedly mentions 'integrity' about the company; however, theirs clearly goes out the back door after they take your money. And their 'relocation specialist', Vincent, who is apparently management, he will just state that he will get back to you.  Apparently from their view point, it is the customer's responsibility to make things right and contact the company as I was repeatedly told to call in to complain. Please see photos I have posted.  I have done four (4) cross-country moves in the past 16 years and this was the worst experience/customer service, EVER.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, they could care less about you and your belongings/items.  ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.* The other 5 Star Reviews on here are most likely via friends, family and/or employees.

If the reviews below don't deter you let me share with you my experience with Anywhere Moving. I am 99% sure that the 5 star ratings here are their own employees or friends of their employees.I needed a moving company to move a couple items (a desk, couple chairs, couple boxes, and a TV) from Chicago to the St. Louis area because I couldn't do it myself because I had already started my new job in St. Louis. I had called around looking for a decent estimate/pricing because I knew most moving companies have a minimum of space to reserve before they would take your stuff. Anyways, most of the companies were about the same price so I chose the one with the office closest to me (as I live on the Northside, Morton Grove seemed reasonable). The initial impressions were good, the man I spoke with for my quote and to set up the service, Marco, was very helpful and seemed like he knew what he was talking about.Upon arrival, the guys picking up my stuff to pack into the truck gave me all the paperwork to sign and out front asked me for a tip before I finished dotting my i's. I should have taken that as a sign that this experience was going downhill. Again, I didn't have that much stuff so this experience was pretty much over in like half an hour so not much here but the guy assured me that I would be receiving my items in St. Louis the following few days or so and I would be hearing back from the truck driver that would be delivering my items soon.A few days had passed without a word from either the truck driver or the company. I called the company and surprise! All of my items have apparently been stored in Chicago and are still waiting for a truck. I was assured I would hear back from the driver soon. A week later from my initial pick up date, and again no word. I tried to call the company again and of course the same response, "we are waiting for a truck". I'm not sure if this is a code for them to rummage through my things and look for valuables as so many reviewers before me have reported missing valuables but fortunately (?) for me I have nothing of any particular substantial worth in the boxes. The TV  was probably being the most expensive item but everything else was purely functional. When I finally received my things, my desk arrived broken.
