Best experience I ever had with a moving company. I set up service for my sister to move from Illinois to California, since we couldn't do it all ourselves with a U haul. The guys were so helpful and polite, and they took extra good care of her belongings. The whole team was so efficient and made sure everything was transported in perfect condition. David, the team leader, was very reassuring and made us both feel so comfortable. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to move long distance!

Well, that didn't go well.First, the movers told me that the cost would be increased by about $200 within just a few minutes of arriving to move my things, even though I actually had fewer items than were included in the estimate.Later that day, during the move, one of the movers started drinking beer that he took from of my refrigerator. At eleven in the morning.They didn't let me know when my items would be delivered until the day before they arrived, and there was almost no flexibility in the date or time. I had a family emergency to deal with in another city, so I had to pay someone to be at my new home to receive my furniture. Even then, they arrived several hours later than the agreed-upon timeframe.When my things were delivered, about $500 worth of furniture was broken beyond repair; and a lot of things were dinged and nicked. They asked me to send photos of the broken items, but I heard nothing back from them... and, regardless, the most they would have paid in compensation was about $60.00.When I called All State Movers to talk with them about my experience, they said "In the moving business, we consider this a very successful move." I know stuff happens in a move. That's to be expected. But it was not a successful move.

We used this company for our long distance move to Ft Lauderdale. From their reps at the office, both Brian and Tony, to the guys that came to pick up our furniture here in Niles to the delivery in Ft Lauderdale, they are totally professional and caring about the fact that moving across country is such a high stressful thing to do.They explained everything so thoroughly and in utmost detail that we did not have any surprises, either with the move or with the total of the dollars that was quoted.These people really care about the way they do business. The thing my wife and I liked most is there was no pressure, they got our inventory over the phone, they sent us an email with the pricing and cubic feet, they did not try to sell us on the first phone call,, that was very outstanding in today's world where everyone is trying the high pressure approach.Also, we dealt with Tony from start to finish, didn't have to wait to be passed on to some otherperson.We highly recommend these people.

All state responded to my original post, and continues to lie about the situation. Would anyone really believe that if I pushed a mover off of a truck and threatened the others that the police would not arrest me?  I was the one who called the cops. This company continued to try to leave with my belonging still in the truck. They did not re assemble any of my furniture, and they threatened my girlfriend (who weighs 95 pounds). It was one of the most frustrating and frightening experiences of my life. I don't even own a car, so I don't know where they get these lies about blocking their moving truck in.

I used this company to move to Charlotte NC. My sales rep Brian was the best he took the time to walk me through the entire process. The crew was professional and even put blankets down to protect my floor. My move truned out to be stress free i would use them again.
