Dorota Jordan,  Greg Wikiert4200 Coral Berry Path #306 Gurnee Il 60031Re: Horror moving experience provided by AA SAPA MOVING INC.We writing trying to educate and protect public from very unpleasant moving experience we had to went through thanks to AA SAPA MOVING INC located in Harwood Heights, IL 60706.                                                                                We placed the order with mentioned company  a month ahead of moving date 05/28/2011. We were supposed to move from one bedroom apartment with den in Palatine to two bedrooms in Gurnee. We asked for crew of four men with at least 26" truck, we were told by owner that based on his extensive professional experience he will do it with crew of three men and 20"  which he view as not very big project indicating that he people will manage to do two such projects on that day- that's how efficient they were supposed to be. We agreed to pay 75$ per hour for crew labor plus extra hr for truck. Then the Judgment Day arrived, that is moving day. Instead of three there were two guys with the truck and almost immediately started to complain about amount of stuff they were to moved, that move is from place from place on third floor to other place on third floor. They wanted to be paid 65$ for labor and an extra hour for the truck. They refused to provide us with labor estimate but asked Dorota to sign work order for 1400$, which she signed but filled with no more than 700$. It was obviously bad news from the start but we felt boxed in bad situation without alternative. Then we left old place, arrived to the new one to do the paper work and get keys to new place. Then we wait for our movers, for a long time, they showed up after six hours with what turned out to be partially loaded truck and blackmail. They demanded to removed 700$ cap put on work order or they told us they would take truck to old place. Once again cornered we made new deal to pay for labor 55&/hr . Movers proceed to work and at 7 30 pm they were done with unloading truck. At this point it was too late for second run to complete moving. We agreed to pay the for 12.5 hrs work-which came up to 682$ in cash as they insisted, and they promised to start next day at 8:00 AM to complete moving. Following day 05/29/2011( very bad weather) first we got phone call that they will show up late because they have other little moving job, then when storm broke out we got call that one employee had accident on the job other got sick and we are on our own. Later that day we managed to rent 20" truck and begged two friends to come next day to help. On 05/31/2011  it took five hours for three guys in their forties to load and unload 20" truck to full capacity with furniture. It took twelve and half hours for two guys in their twenties to load and unload 2/3 of 20" capacity mostly with boxes mattress and five pieces of IKEA  furniture.Anyone who would care to take advantage  of our bad experience: Please don't patronize AA SAPA MOVING INC

A very professional company.  They arrived on time.  Very careful and professional.  They took their time and also back out breaks and lunch when calculating the bill.  Handled all my prized possessions, including my big screen TV with utmost care.  I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Do Not Use, these guys are the slowest, laziest, least efficient movers I have ever seen. They complain stuff is too heavy, ask for help, are constantly standing around and doing everything but moving. Please save yourself the headache and hire someone for more money that will do the job quickly and right.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had them move out our furniture to a storage unit this summer as we had to move out of state. They sent two young guys in their late teens who clearly are new at the job. We left our belonging in the storage unit until this past week when we came back to Chicago to have our furniture moved to the new house we purchased. When we got to the back to the storage unit where they had stored our table and furniture we saw that our dining table is completely scratched and our sofa legs are completely bent. I called Daniel at Sapa moving company and explained to him what happened. His response was "who will believe what you are saying , this is ridiculous" do you have a receipt? I told him yes I do. He laughed at me and he brushed me off and said go talk to your lawyer. How dare I call this many months after the fact? I explained to him that my storage unit has cameras and they can vouch for us that we have not been there this whole time . He told me to talk to my lawyer and hung up. This is not a professional company that I would trust. And not the way you treat your customers by calling them liars. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!
