Junk Relief made disposing of our unwanted outdoor hot tub seamless and easy. I uploaded an exact photo of what I needed removed, provided details of the possible obstacles that might make moving it from the backyard to the driveway a little tricky. Within an hour, they gave me a quote via email. We exchanged a few Q&A's on details and logistics (via email, and they were extremely quick in responding); and before I knew it, everything was taken care of and my backyard was hot-tub-free! Truly a RELIEF! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and use them again in the future.

We've used Junk Relief for several projects and have been fully satisfied with their service.Unlike some of their competitors, they actually show up for appointments and are responsive when they need to come out on site and provide a quoteThe workers have always been professional and courteous, and take great lengths to make sure that they keep the surrounding areas clean (again, unlike our experience with certain competitors)They separate items that can be donated or recycled so everything doesn't end up in a landfillHighly recommended... much better than the other junk guys out there.

I said I would hire these guys again and I did! I requested the same team that had help clear out a truck full of parents old stuff. I was concerned when they were not available, BUT then I met Reggie and Matt, boy I was impressed that they too were awesome, polite and efficient, they knew how to stack the junk to fill yet another truck! I thought I would have to take 20 pieces of luggage to salvation but they assured me it would all fit and it did! These guys know their stuff! Again MOM and DAD were so thankful the house feels light, airy and huge!! Painters come next week!

I just had a sofa bed couch removed from my 9th floor condominium apartment. Asael and Reggie from 1-800-Junk Relief were very courteous, efficient and professional. They called 1/2 hour before my appointment and arrived right on time. I would definitely recommend them to everyone for any future junk removals.Joan L.
