It was not a big deal, but they made it seem like it was. The small boxes too were handled with care and made sure that nothing was left behind.

Managed to get my massive sectional more than I could have imagined. The legs were cut off and each portion wrapped in moving blankets, then it was moved through a narrow hallway without causing any damage to the walls.

I was on my guard because my previous moving company wrecked some of my furniture, I was expecting the worst. Thankfully, in this case, it was a completely different experience. Before they took any dresser or table away, they wrapped them and it was all in great condition.

I was grateful for the 20 or so minutes notice given to me by the movers before they arrived. They would wear shoe covers when walking on the hardwood floors and use floor runners to cover the floors. Very professional service.

I wanted to move a few things to my vacation cabin, and Americas Family & Moving Services helped make it easy. They showed up early, packed everything neatly, and made sure it was tied down for the long drive. They didn’t rush or take shortcuts. Everything arrived exactly as it left, and the whole day felt relaxed.
