Do not use these people they are scam artists. I gave them a $1250 deposit. I had a tentative moving date on September 15th I had to cancel on September 8th plenty of notice. I talked to Brett about getting a refund he said that it wasn't his department he would let dispatch know. They texted me I text them back said I had canceled I want my deposit . I got a call 4 days before my moving date oh we want to get all your information I said I canceled that last week. They dragged it out so it looked like it didn't cancel in time. One good thing is the day I canceled on September 8th I called my bank and made record of it because I knew from the tone of Brett's voice that I was going to have a problem getting back my money. I didn't even use their service it's like I'm just handing them over 1250 for nothing. I've called I'm getting nowhere either don't answer their phone or they put me on hold and then hang up. They are not to be trusted. And by all means do not give them cash .

Even though the route was rough, they packed everything so carefully that nothing was broken.

The men from Freedom Express Moving And Storage performed an excellent job of moving a lot of large furniture, which they had to deconstruct to move out of the house and then reconstruct in our new home. Getting furniture down the steps and out the door required a close fit. To prevent any breakage during the transport, they carefully wrapped the furniture. They made the transfer quite simple.
