The moving group showed up on the given schedule on moving day and was ready to go. They were excellent! Calm, friendly, and helpful. They carefully packed our stuff and helped me figure out furniture configurations at the new place. All costs were as quoted and had no hidden surprises. I've experienced bad movers, adequate movers, but this was the real thing. Thank you guys for helping us move!

Would give a zero stars if possible. Major Bait-n-switch. Quoted $7500.....ended up at over $12k. Brinks person misquoted. ..OK mistakes happen. Mover got there and added special packaging, fuel surcharge.....I agreed I would pay for what the mistake was in the quote as I dont expect something for nothing...but all the add-ons was ridiculous. And they weren't loading anything until I agreed, was stuck. Brinks was communicating that they would make an adjustment to the bill..due to their mistake....until I made final payment then they ghosted me. Major screw job. Dont ever use them....

Michael was my driver and was amazing. On-time, courteous, hardworking, and overall great guy. If you can, request him, you’ll be happy you did.

Good timing, even before scheduled. Easy to book at a time that worked for me. Service is almost perfect, and reasonable price overall. Would happily recommend them to those who want to move quickly.

I am very impressed and will recommend them to friends; if I could, I would have rated them higher than five stars, from the customer services assistant to the online chat and the driver. This company provides excellent service! A must-hire moving company. I will use them again!!
