HORRENDOUS! Lost our entire truck load, then found out they dumped it in a random driveway in WA! We were contacted by the home owners stating our items were literally thrown onto her yard, we were in shock and did not believe it until we flew out there and saw it. We took photos and called paramount, they claimed they had been searching for the shipment because they “lost track of who had picked it up”. We found out they brokered our move to a person, not a moving carrier. The people who did pick up our stuff from our house, were using a fake dot number and the company was out of service. They collected our check, got the money and literally threw out stuff onto a random yard where it sat for over 2 months getting rained and snowed on. Paramount finally came and got 1/4 of the items that were all filled with mold and completely ruined. All they did was offer to deliver it without collecting the small delivery payment, as we paid them over 11$k already at that point. Then forced us to sign some agreement that we would not tell anyone what they did as it was illegal, against dot and fmcsa regulations. Well I’m telling all about it because they need to go down for the illegal crap they keep doing. They’re despicable. The owner is the most vial human. Constantly yelling, cursing and threatening when he was the one in the wrong and at fault! Shut them down before they destroy more people’s items. This was everything my family and I owned. Just completely gone and destroyed and nothing done about it. Not even an apology and we paid them to destroy our entire possessions! It makes me literally sick thinking about what they did.
