They stole from us, broke things then hid it so we wouldn't notice overall do not have them move you!

STAY AWAY FROM!! We payed $10,000 for them to deliver our belongings. Dylan intentionally under quoted us by $7,000. He told us that the estimate is based on the weight of our belongings. When I asked what the cubic ft measurement meant, he told us it's just another form of measurement. FALSE. They are not even the real transporter, they just subcontract the services and forget about the initial estimate because you will end up paying a lot more for no reason.

I relocated from the west coast to the east coast. Progressive Van Lines lost a large rug and a portable 88 key piano. The loss reached $3000 and I got not a sigle dollar back. I do not recommend Progressive VL because when there is a problem they give you the run around!

Excessive charges and damaged property On the day of my move, the estimate was way too low and they charged me an additional $5000 to complete the move. Dylan and his company are not legit, they are SCAMMERS don't hire them!

COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY!!!! BRAND NEW COMPANY!!! HOSTAGED MY ITEMS!!! **DO NOT USE THEM** At first this company was extremely helpful, patient and promised to help keep me within my budget. I could have gotten a UHAUL for $2500. I actually already made up my mind on doing it myself until Andrew with Progressive Van Lines called me. I spoke with Andrew numerous times before reserving my move. I put down $1200 on my credit card and was supposed to pay $700 at both pick up/delivery. NEVER would I have imagined the nightmare using Progressive Van Lines. After paying my deposit Andrew NEVER picked up the phone. I was honestly worried something happened to him. Now I realize this whole time I was SCAMMED!!!! Andrew promised my estimate was "binding not to exceed" He even pointed this out in the contract. They DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The movers called me 36 hours before my dates and told me they were delayed and wont make it for another 4 days!!! I told them this is unacceptable and I had to cancel and get a refund. They REFUSED TO REFUND me. We had contracts signed, which they broke and didn't care at all. They berated me, hung up on me and never answered the phone again. They told me they were going to be there on the 10th/11th. Meanwhile I had to pay $200 each day I wasn't out of my apartment. I BEGGED them for a refund and they refused to pay me anything. They were condescending and told me to read my contract. ***Anyone deciding to use this company needs to read over the contract*** You will realize they are NOT EVEN MOVERS. They are a brand new broker who doesn't have any control over the move. The CRAIGSLIST WORKERS they sent to my house showed up in sandals and barely spoke English. They used my bathroom WITHOUT PERMISSION and STOLE drinks out of my fridge. One of them even was DRINKING BEER. Andrew told me my bed would be disassembled. I even asked if I should do this prior to them coming and he reassured me the movers would. What a joke! They didn't have any tools and didn't even know how to disassemble my sleep number bed. They smoked cigarettes all day and it took them almost 6 hours to finish a 1 bedroom apartment. Andrew lied to me about everything. Delivery was supposed to take 3-7 days. No one answered my calls. They completely hustled me. IT TOOK THEM 19 DAYS TO DELIVER MY ITEMS. At delivery the movers HOSTAGED my items for another $900.00. They refused to give me anything until I paid. My medication was on the truck. I don't have any more money and without it I cant live. They didn't care and only wanted money. I cried and begged them to help. They threatened to charge me even more if I didn't pay. When I finally gave them every last dime I had which I was still short $110 they took it and opened the doors. I cried when I saw the condition of my things. Almost everything was broken. Most of my boxes wet water-logged and everything I owned ruined and moldy. My grandmothers antique cabinet was completely smashed. The boxes were so wet they basically fell apart. I paid my life saving for everything to show up in shambles. I hate this company and will make sure everyone knows what they do to people. The movers told me to file a claim for missing items and damages. They offered me $76 for the insurance. The insurance isn't real. This company is a SCAM and ROBBED me. I will never use a moving company again. I wish I just took the UHAUL like I planned to. DO NOT TRUST PROGRESSIVE VAN LINES!!!
