Many companies have experienced and efficient movers. But Midland van lines has something more. Their movers were absolutely fantastic while they moved my belongings. But what impressed me was their customer service. They were prompt, attentive and experienced. I was constantly kept in a loop by them so I wouldn’t become worried about my possessions. Their quote was very reasonable and they really gave me a good deal. I even got a phone call once they delivered everything asking how my experience was. I was just blown away!

I have been relocating quite frequently for the last 6 years and I have always hired Midland van lines to handle the moves. I hired them last November to move my belongings. They were great as usual. My crew leader was and he was great at directing his men. All four movers worked very efficiently. They were done with my 2-bed apartment in just 45 minutes. I don’t even bother getting a quote from this company nowadays because they never overcharge me. In fact, on several occasions, they have undercharged me! I am sticking to Midland van lines for all my future moves.

My only negative for Midland van lines would be their customer service. I understand that they put a woman in charge to keep up the façade but she was quite ill experienced. She was quite polite though. The actual moving part was great. The movers showed up on time. All four men were very capable for this job. They carried my big pieces of furniture with ease and confidence. Sometimes I felt as if they were a bit too confident. But they delivered everything without a single scratch on them. So, I suppose their confidence was worth it. I just wish they would improve their customer service since that is essentially their first contact with the clients.

I have a very busy work schedule. So, I wasn’t looking forward to the packing part of moving. I hired Midland van lines for their “full package” where they pack everything and then move each item. It was a good decision on my part since these guys made my life so easy. I just had to agree on a price and provide a moving date. The movers did the rest. I just drove to my new place and found everything placed in the exact place they belonged to. This is just an amazing moving company in my opinion.

I have seen my share of different moving companies but they are all flawed in some way or the other. But Midland van lines performed a flawless move for me. Their quote was cheap and I mean really cheap. They showed up early on the moving day with all the right tools. They used loads of packing materials to safeguard my breakables. Other things received a shrink wrap. Soon they were off and arrived right on time. There were no mishaps or glitches. I cannot believe how excellently these movers worked.
