Midland van lines was recommended to me by a workmate while I was relocating. When I called them, they seemed friendly enough. They quickly called me back with a very reasonable quote. The movers arrived 20 minutes early on the moving day. They swiftly finished packing everything and then loaded everything to the van. I was quite impressed seeing how fast they worked. The delivery was made a week later and everything was in great shape. This move became so easy just for these guys.

Two other moving companies quoted lower than them. But my sister was adamant that I hire Midland van lines. I wasn’t too sure but I hired them anyway. It paid off in the end! These guys are the best of the bunch. Every mover was experienced and skilled. They packed all my belongings with great care in a very short time. I think their efficiency actually saved me money in the end. The delivery was very smooth. The men unpacked everything and put the boxes where they belonged. The final bill was very close to the initial estimate and they didn’t charge me extra for the packing materials.

Many companies have experienced and efficient movers. But Midland van lines has something more. Their movers were absolutely fantastic while they moved my belongings. But what impressed me was their customer service. They were prompt, attentive and experienced. I was constantly kept in a loop by them so I wouldn’t become worried about my possessions. Their quote was very reasonable and they really gave me a good deal. I even got a phone call once they delivered everything asking how my experience was. I was just blown away!

I have been relocating quite frequently for the last 6 years and I have always hired Midland van lines to handle the moves. I hired them last November to move my belongings. They were great as usual. My crew leader was and he was great at directing his men. All four movers worked very efficiently. They were done with my 2-bed apartment in just 45 minutes. I don’t even bother getting a quote from this company nowadays because they never overcharge me. In fact, on several occasions, they have undercharged me! I am sticking to Midland van lines for all my future moves.

My only negative for Midland van lines would be their customer service. I understand that they put a woman in charge to keep up the façade but she was quite ill experienced. She was quite polite though. The actual moving part was great. The movers showed up on time. All four men were very capable for this job. They carried my big pieces of furniture with ease and confidence. Sometimes I felt as if they were a bit too confident. But they delivered everything without a single scratch on them. So, I suppose their confidence was worth it. I just wish they would improve their customer service since that is essentially their first contact with the clients.
