My crew leader was and he was great at directing his men. All four movers worked very efficiently. They were done with my 2-bed apartment in just 45 minutes. I don’t even bother getting a quote from this company nowadays because they never overcharge me. In fact, on several occasions, they have undercharged me! I am sticking to Midland van lines for all my future moves.

My only negative for Midland van lines would be their customer service. I understand that they put a woman in charge to keep up the façade but she was quite ill experienced. She was quite polite though. The actual moving part was great. The movers showed up on time. All four men were very capable for this job. They carried my big pieces of furniture with ease and confidence. Sometimes I felt as if they were a bit too confident. But they delivered everything without a single scratch on them. So, I suppose their confidence was worth it. I just wish they would improve their customer service since that is essentially their first contact with the clients.
