these guys were great!   The packing went quick and everything arrived across county in perfect condition.   I was very pleased!!!

Do not use Zorn moving and Storage.  This moving company stores its moving trucks on public street Lexington Ave right near my our communities new townhouses and next to a public park, their business location is miles away and the trucks are a danger to the kids who play on them in the evening and they make the road narrow and dangerous to drive down. There are usually 4 large trucks parked there every night. Park your trucks on your property please. Something to think about before choosing who to move or store with. Cheap and inconsiderate.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!! I cannot stress enough how horrible these guys are.  I used them in November because my original moving company decided when they got to my place that they wanted to double their original quote...Different story for another time...So I called Zorn moving out of desperation and didn't check their reviews before I hired them.  The owner seemed nice the first time I spoke to him but everything changed when his guys got to my place.When they arrived, they came in to look at the job and walked out cursing the f-word all the way back to their truck...he had no idea I was behind him and heard every word, including calling me a F-ing bitch...I know, I should have fired them for that but as I said, I was desperate, it was a Saturday afternoon and I needed to be out of my place by that night.  So, after I asked if there was a problem and was told no, I was handed one of the movers cell phones where the owner, Mr. Jim Zorn, rudely informed me that they were only making one trip so if all my stuff didn't fit on the truck, I was out of luck. I know...strike 2!Fast forward to me unpacking...They didn't bother to wrap my dining table in anything and completely broke off a corner of the table causing me to have to replace it.  When I called to let Mr. Zorn know is, he very rudely informed me that he would only pay $0.60 per pound and his guys said that the table was already chipped when they moved it and it only weighed 20 lbs so he would only give me $12. Then I noticed that some things were missing.  When I let Mr. Zorn know this he scoffed at me like it was no big deal and refused to cover the items that were missing.  Thankfully it was nothing valuable but I still felt violated that they would steal from me.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and in every response from Mr. Zorn, he claimed that everything was delivered, that I lived in a bad neighborhood, that I had boxes stacked on an open patio (even though my patio is surrounded by a 6 foot fence with bushes lining the outside of it and I have a very protective large breed dog), that I was a liar, and that I had accused his men of taking other items that then reappeared.  Mr. Zorn did send me 2 checks, one for $24 to cover the table (which cost me $200 to replace) and one for $20 (to show good will, as he put it) for the missing items.  The bottom line is this, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, especially if you are a woman as it seems that from the way he treated me, Mr. Zorn believes that women are stupid.

My elderly mother asked me to post a review for her about what an excellent moving company they are. They moved a piano to her storage and did a great job, very professional. We are going to have them move some heavy, fragile, antique items next. She is convinced that they are a most trustworthy, professional company and I am hoping she is right.

ZORN movers - I do NOT advise recommending their services ever .We hired them in our recent move from Cupertino to San Ramon - local trip.They did not arrive on time, had to keep calling Jim on where they areThe crew kept complaining on our packing style and number of boxesCouple of boxes were missing - seriously !! Some personal items - goggles/sunglasses, iPhone and some jewelry went missing in transitThey dumped most of the stuff in the garage saying they are heavythey did not arrive straight - they took a lunch break for 2 couple of hours, and we kept waiting in San Ramon for them to show up. So, I would be careful before I recommend them to other customers of you.The owner seems to be a nice guy, but the crew could be more nicer
