I would give them 10 stars if I could. We used Move Me to move this past Friday. Mark came out who was wonderful to give us an estimate and followed up with emails and phone calls.The team -- Carlos, Evan and Christian showed up before 7am, loaded for 3 hours, drove 6 hours and worked non-stop for another 4 hours helping us unload, unpack, build beds, chairs, tables etc.... They never took a break. They were super friendly, smiled the entire day and we even joked a little. There could not have been a better crew. They still had to drive 6 hours north after all that. They never once made you feel like they were getting tired. They cleaned up all the cardboard and trash and took it with them. Honestly it felt like Dr. Suess. Amazing company. Really amazing crew. I would never use anyone else after such a great experience. Thank you Move Me. You made our move easy and fun.

Their movers were *amazing*. They were professional, polite, careful, and worked hard.Their estimators, though, were a different story. The ball-park estimate they did on the phone was about 1/4 of our actual costs. We suspected it was a low-ball estimate, so we had them come out and see our apartment for a real estimate. That was still 1/2 of our actual costs. So when the move took longer then they estimated and cost twice as much... well we weren't pleased with the company overall. The estimator who came to the apartment was the manager of the local franchise, so he really should have had a better idea of how to estimate.But like I said, their actual movers are top notch.So end result, I would use them again, but budget for at least 1.5 times what they estimate.

We used You Move Me for the second time last week and were very happy with their service. We had 3 movers, Carlos, Javier and Jessie, who were very professional and efficient. They cleared out our storage and moved everything to our house in less than a day, taking only a short lunch break and a couple of rest breaks. It was hard work and they did it very quickly. They also assembled our furniture and cleaned up afterward. Thanks guys!

I don't normally review on Yelp, but I had an extremely unpleasant experience with them. I think I should warn other people about it.I'm moving a one bedroom apartment, and my old apartment to my new apartment is about 5 to 10 min drive. I called YouMoveMe before the move, the estimation is about 3 to 4 hours.However, the actual move lasted from 12:30pm to about 7:45pm that day. Because the movers went for a lunch in the middle of the move, and they also forgot parts of my bed and my sofa, so we had to go back to my old place to pick them up. So they decided to deduct one hour and charge me 5 hours 15 minutes. And they had trouble calculating the cost, and it took us almost another hour to settle the cost.So the whole thing lasted from 12:30pm to about 8:30pm, and they charged me for 5 hours and 15 minutes which is already longer than the 3 to 4 hours estimate. I wasn't happy about them charging me one more hour (about $139) over my estimation, but I decided to let it go.And then a few days later, someone from YouMoveMe called me and said they should have charged me 8 hours rather than 5 hours and 15 minutes. Can you believe that? If they told me it would take 8 hours to move my 1 bedroom, I would never ever user their service. I got quote from other moving companies and the estimation is all about 3 to 4 hours. During the 8 hours, the movers went out for lunch, and we had to go back and force because they forgot some furniture at my old place, and then it took them almost an hour to calculate the cost. Why should I be charged for all of that? They wasted a few hours of my time, and I need to be charged for it? This is just so unreasonable.At the end of the call, he said he is going to talk to the movers and call me again. I kind of lost it, I already paid $139 more above the estimation, and they wasted a few hours of my time, now they would call me again and again about this? I hope they realize how ridiculous this whole thing is.
