I was referred to this company by my real estate agent. One of the owners came out and gave me a reasonable estimate to move all of my belongings from my home in Cupertino to a temporary apartment in Sacramento where my work has taken me.The original plan was that I would do all of my own packing to save money and the movers would come out and move all of the furniture and boxes. The only problem was that I was not able to box everything up on time and had to call Joey the night before and tell him that I was not fully ready. He said that it was no problem and that they would handle the rest of the left over packing and prep work. Joey, Nick, and their crew came out the next day and finished up all of the packing and moved me to Sacramento all in the same day. I had to pay a little extra for the added work and materials that wasn't included in the estimate but all in all these guys went above and beyond to provide me top notch service.I will definitely use them when I move into a more permanent living situation.Thanks guys!

I recently hired West Valley Movers after reading amazing reviews here. Joey and Nick provided an unbelievable service. They packed my apartment and wrapped all my furniture carefully, ensuring that my items arrive in great condition.Update: I did feel that they took a bit longer, primarily because the truck they got was small. However, they were extremely kind and sent me a refund check to compensate for that. This was an extraordinary gesture that I don't think anyone in the industry would be doing. Overall, highly recommend!

Nick and Joey helped move my house over the weekend. Great team, right on time and very courteous. They were very professional, careful with all my furniture and the house. One of the best parts was that they had capped the number of billable hours for the move, which gives one a huge piece of mind. Thanks Nick and Joey. You were amazing.

Let me say, 10 STAR!Nick provided optimal customer service, very considerate and careful.  Ive moved 6 times in 4 years as a property manager and this is the only seamless move thanks to Nick, of West Valley moving co.  I kid you not, don't use anyone else!  Arrived early, did not demand a tip, and did I forget, considerate!!  Thank you Nick!

These guys did excellent work and were fast, friendly, super careful, communicative, low maintenance, and, best of all, they under-promised but over-delivered. I requested a quote 48 hours before our move (shame on me!) and heard back within an hour with a great price. On move-in day they showed up 15 minutes early and packed up our entire kitchen, moved several pieces of large furniture, and delivered it to our new home exactly as specified without a scratch in under four hours, even beating their original quote.Lastly, they all seemed like good dudes and were very trustworthy. I've never had such an easy, stress-free move.
