This place had the best quote for us and were available when we needed them. We were given a time frame for the morning  for them to show up and they were prompt during that time. We showed them what needed to be packed from each area and they began. The lead of the group went over payment and time with us before we signed the paper. They had a thing called something will not exceed and this was great. It means that they will not charge you more than that amount. Woohoo. Completely within what we thought it would be. These guys were efficient, fast and respectable. With moving into a new place with wall to wall WHITE carpet, we worried about what the carpet would look like after they left. They brought their own walking blankets and kept the carpet perfect. A few things had some surface scratches, but to be honest the kids ruined more things than they did in less time, so for us it was no big deal. 7 hours, 2 trips, no breaks- for a 4 bedroom  7 room house with 2 car garage and back and side yard--- great deal!!!!

WARNING do NOT use this company!!  0 stars is what they deserve!!!They did not arrive on time and when their movers got there they asked me to reschedule because they were tired.  Are you kidding me??  They continued to move my stuff but they were very slow.  Then they decided to take a lunch break and left for almost an hour and a half and then when we finally got the to the new place they realized they left something behind at the old place and wanted to charge me to go back and get the other stuff.  Before they unloaded they asked me to sign and asked me for my credit card. They gave me a guesstimate of how long it would take for them to unload the truck. They finished before the estimated time and they did tell me that I could call Leah the next day.  I did call and explain to her that they were extremely slow and complained the whole time and I also let her know they took an hour and a half lunch and they finished before their guesstimated time. Leah told me she would check the GPS and get back to me.  She told me that she would refund me the amount of $250. I called her 2 weeks later to let her know that the money was not refunded to my account and she told me she would handle it.  3 weeks later I called her back and I go directly to voicemail I have left several messages and emails with her company and I do not get a reply back. I also received my bill for the move and they overcharged me on my Credit Card as well.Things were broken in the process of this move, my printer was put in a box upside down, and I can't find my PS4!!  Beware!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!  They are scammers.  They take money and your items!!

Moving wise these guys were good...But they stole some of the boxes and I tried contacting them multiple time and none of their team never responded back.Very disappointed with their service. Not going to use them or suggest anyone use their service.

Your expensive stuff will be lost (stolen) if you use these movers.I used them in 2013, and had reviewed them before, but for some reason I can't find it anymore. At the time, I had a different grievance related to being overcharged (even when I was promised a certain rate).After a few years, we are realizing that some of our jewellery, old coins etc. are missing (when we moved again, we took inventory and realized this). It never made it through in our previous move.In this day and age, in the USofA, you cannot imagine that someone you would have trusted your stuff with, will take it away. I'm very disappointed in myself that I chose these folks, especially because of the fact that some of the items missing were passed down through generations. @Speedee: Please help track down and help return the stuff that your movers took, if they still have it.

I would give Speedee Movers zero stars, if possible.  Speedee Movers doesn't deserve even one star!  This company does not take responsibility for damage done by its employees.Speedee Movers damaged the ceiling of the elevator in my building while moving my furniture.   A neighbor witnessed this and took  pictures. The company that manages the building obtained price quotation, which I sent to Speedee Movers.   I sent Speedee Movers the description and pictures of the damage and requested they pay the building management company for the damage done to the building.   In addition to the elevator ceiling, Speedee Movers damaged a chair and two lamps, however, I did not ask them to pay for these damages.  All I asked for was that they pay for the damage they did to the building.   A second problem is that Speedee Movers refuses to provide me any documentation, such as bill of laden and receipt, for payment I made to the company.  I have asked numerous times with no success.  Further, only Jeff, a marketing person, used to communicate with me, while saying that he was not responsible for anything.  Over the past couple of month, however, even Jeff stopped responding to my emails.    Since December 2016 I have been very patient and tried my best to convince Speedee Movers to pay for the damages they did and provide me a receipt for payment I made to the company.      The repair of the damage done by Speedee Movers to the wooden ceiling of the building elevator will cost me $1300.  I will have to use the legal system to try to get Speedee Movers to pay.   Despite my numerous moves in various states in the USA and overseas, this is the first time I had to interact with a company that refuses to pay for damage done by its employees.      To make a long story short, Speedee Movers takes no responsibility for its actions and ignores their customers.   I wish I had stayed away from Speedee Movers!  Don't make the same mistake I did, stay away from Speedee Movers!IMG_0269-5.jpg
