Update: This review is for Spartan Van Lines - Castro valley.Spartan moving company did a FANTASTIC job again! I've used them for the third time now, and most times have been amazing. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family who are moving.   I'm writing this review for Cesar's team; they were quick, kind, and efficient. A definite  5 stars !!! They arrived on time on the day of my move and the entire process was seamless.  While I had packed up most of my stuff in boxes, they took care of the rest. They were fast, efficient and conscientious, making sure to wrap up my delicate items and furniture so that they didn't get damaged or dinged any walls during the move.  They also placed my boxes strategically in storage to allow access; which is critical for the size of the storage. Cesar and his crew were impressive during the move. They were professional, took great care of my stuff, were polite, easy to work with and moved FAST.  I highly recommend them!!! Again, thank you Spartan for making a stressful move so seamless!!

I usually don't write reviews for moving companies because they are usually the same , unfriendly, unprofessional.  I move every year and each time the move ends, we get charged some unknown charge.  Spartan is different.  I am writing this review for Chava's team and Chebaly, my coordinator.  Exemplary.  From the get-go, the coordinator called and followed up with me making sure I understood what to expect and working with me to ensure my moving experience was stress-free.  She helped me make an informed decisions, meaning, I was given several options so I can decide what was best for me.  She always called me back promptly whenever I needed to talk to her.  She was exceptionally detailed and was HONEST.  SPARTAN WON'T MISLEAD YOU WITH ANY HIDDEN COSTS.  And they tell you what you "may be' charged so you know what you are getting yourself into.  Thanks for your honesty.Chava's team was superb.  They were exceptionally polite, and PROFESSIONAL.  They called me before they arrived, walked through my order,  helped me understand what to expect, then proceeded to wrap my paintings and lamps with such speed and care, it was fascinating to watch such skills.  After the move was completed and we walked through the pick-up list,  Chava asked me if I needed anything else and walked through the paperwork.   His office called me to double check on my experience with the team too!  Chava's team left my home clean, and with a handshake.  Usually I am pincking up after the movers and running after them to tell them to be careful, but not this time.  Thanks Chava for all your advice and assistance in this really great experience.  You and your team have reduced my stress in this move tremendously.  I will call you in a year!

They were a lifesaver when our other mover bailed on us the day we planned to move. We coordinated closely with David had a fantastic experience with Spartan Moving Company. I have moved 3 times in the past 2 years and I had the best experience with them. The guys showed up on time, they were super friendly nice and very careful with my things. They were very efficient and quick which was critical since we reserved the elevator for a specific time. Everything was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Spartan Moving to everyone who is looking to move in SF Bay Area.

Did great job!! Marco and Julio were quick. Although moving is always stressful these guys made it a little bit better by being super awesome. I moved from San Jose to San Bruno on the hottest day in the history.

Super helpful and professional team.  I had scheduled a move for my mom not fully understanding the size of her move.  The team arrived and were quite surprised about the size of the job but made it work.  Later they realized that he road to her new home was too narrow for the large van but again they were kind and calm and made sure that the the job got done.  Kudo's to the great team for keeping on track, being professional and helpful well into the night.
