Terrible, terrible, horrible, no good, very bad company. DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE!! I am a physician with a wife and a little baby, and I had booked a move with them from Alabama to Florida--the sales people are personable and seem to be quite helpful and nice, but when the time comes around to the move it is all BAD NEWS!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY, WITH NO INTENTION OF COMPLETING YOUR MOVE IN A SUITABLE MANNER. We had scheduled a move with full packing services by them and the movers that were sent to our house were not able to make it until RIGHT BEFORE SUNSET, HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PACK OUR THINGS, AND HAD ZERO MATERIALS TO DO THIS. They eventually agreed to refund the cost of the move as they were so ill-equipped to do so, and offered absolutely ZERO HELP OR GUIDANCE as to what to do next for us--they dropped us like flies and asked us to look elsewhere!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS--OR ELSE YOU WILL PAY DEARLY! The way this company dealt with me seriously gave me doubts about humanity!

Wish there was a zero rating. Do not use this company. Sales makes promises that dispatch disregards. Don't count on any windows for delivery or pick up being accurate. Missing items. Damaged furniture. Dropped items. They even had people not employed by the company moving items. Zero customer service.

Exact same experience as all these other clients.  Lies from the sales person, items missing for weeks, 3 times the quoted price AFTER the movers loading the truck told me the stuff I had was well under the cubic square feet quoted UNTIL they got it on the truck and held it hostage, Demanding we pay them and not the driver as specified in the contract.  The driver said they had stolen over $8k of fees from him and he wouldn't deliver if we didnt give him cash (which was fine because that's what contract stated) The company refusing to pay insurance claims because we paid the driver and didn't send them the funds before he delivered. Broken and missing items. It was the worst experience of our life!

Please read before using this company they are based out of Miami and they have another location in California.  Chris will reel you in and get the sale.  Yair is very rude.  Raquel was helpful to a point.  But please if you can find another company stay away from them.  I was over the first initial quote by 600 cubic feet.  I still don't think it was 600 I believe it was more like 400 but whatever my stuff is here in Colorado but if you can use another company please do so.  Yair is the supervising foreman very very rude and nasty.  I am not sure who the gentleman was in the office with Raquel when I kept telling her that we did not get the email he was very rude until my husband stepped in.  If you are a female they are very sexiest and rude.  Chris once he gets you to commit he will not take your phone calls once your items are picked up.  I had to ask Raquel do they ever deal with veterans because the way they were rude makes no sense.  The reason I bring that up is to say VETERANS do not use this company they will make you lose whatever calmness you have.  VETERANS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  ANY AND EVERYONE PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company at all costs. We moved from Atlanta to Los Angeles and experienced every terrible thing you've ever been warned about. They charged us $1300 extra because they had to use "more bubble wrap than they've ever used." Legally a moving company is not allowed to charge you more than 10% over the estimated cost (check the DOT website before you pick your company) We had a totally normal house full of normal things. On the delivery end, they were two days late, held our stuff hostage until we paid the extra amount, forced us to rent a smaller truck on our own dime because they claimed our street was too narrow, and then unloaded our stuff onto that truck at 1am. That was a problem because all of our stuff was still in boxes and blankets and the supervisor of the move, Yair Knafo, demanded that we pay him $200 more for the blankets. When I refused, he got mad but let me take my stuff. When we opened the boxes, however, we had a bunch of broken items and each cup in our kitchen was wrapped in 8 feet of bubble wrap. 8 feet! It costs $2 a foot and it was around every item! When I sent Yair a message about it he said, Damn! That is explaining it!" He of course offered no compensation. Also, the one thing we truly treasured, a painting I had commissioned and given to my wife on our first anniversary to commemorate the spot we fell in love, was missing. He demanded we bring his blankets back for it. He had stolen it for collateral. It took us three weeks of phone calls, text messages and a 45 minute drive to get it back our painting back. In the meantime, we had told him we had a box of someone else's stuff by mistake and he didn't care at all about getting it bacl to them. We still have it! All in all our move was way more expensive, way less convenient and way more of a nightmare than I thought possible. The reason there are no reviews on this company is because they keep changing their name. Their DOT number is 1126046 and again the guy's name is Yair Knafo. DO NOT BE NAIVE LIKE US!
