Ninja Movers

Yesterday we hired Ninja Movers to move us into our apartment which was located on the 3rd floor of our building! It was so nice to have them there to help! Not only did they wrap everything up with blankets to keep it up being damaged but they were soooo fast! We had the help of Ramon, David and Gabriel and they were very efficient. They helped us with everything from breaking things down to quickly setting things up. They even helped us to unload our personal car. It was really nice to have them help because it would have taken us forever to get everything all the way up to the third floor. I will definitely use the ninja movers moving service in the future. If your looking for quick service that is efficient and moves smoothly then these are the guys to use! Thank you so much for your service and helping us to move!

Worst experience dealing with ANY business I've EVER had. We used this company to move across the country and store our stuff briefly while we found a house to rent. They packed it up just fine. Were quick and efficient. Once we found a place it took them 8 weeks to FIND our stuff and start driving it to us. When they got here it was just one ornery guy in a truck who hired a local kid to help him. He refused to come down our street because of low hanging trees. Started claiming we would have to move it ourselves if we wanted it that day. So he parks a block away and my neighbors and I move the stuff. Then we find out - it's only HALF our stuff. Meanwhile the truck driver is yelling expletives at us and refusing to pay the local kid who actually is helping us. (I'd also like to add he drove RIGHT past our house to leave). Then start the phone calls. We spend weeks calling and recalling this company to find the rest of our stuff. We have now been in our new house for 3 months sleeping on an air mattress. The people who answer the phone are rude and dismissive. The owner of the company is out of the country for a few weeks and when he finally returns he hangs up on us several times. They threaten to keep our stuff and not give us our money back. After we talk to a lawyer and let them know we will not be going down without a fight we FINALLY get the 2nd delivery this time with actual people to move it.... and there's still some artwork missing and a couple things broken. At this point we're so exhausted and feel so mistreated we just let it go and decide to be grateful for what we did get instead of pursuing it further. If I can do anything now it's save someone else from the absolute hell of trusting their stuff with these people. Please go find another company. Or get yourself a POD and make sure no one but you is touching your stuff. I wish that's what I'd done.

AWFUL. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Scheduling - Confusing, they take the credit card deposit only to call back and say the date has been taken.. why send me a confirmation then? Only to have us try and rearrange our schedule and then call us back and say the original date works again.Despite better judgement we decided to move forward with them. Claimed over and over they would only need three hours to move us... took close to 6 hours. The truck was WAY to big for our stuff,  they had to block part of the street in front of the complex, which didn't make the management too happy. The cherry on top was that they ended up cracking and destroying one of our tvs, of course it had to be biggest TV too...  Needless to say..  save yourself the stress, money, grey hairs... use a different company.

Great service.  Super fast.  Wrapped a lot of my stuff in plastic to protect it for me since they knew I was going to need to move it again fairly soon.  I've used them twice now and both times they do a fantastic job!  Thanks!
