Unreliable! We had a move scheduled for 5/26/19. We received multiple communications of confirmation for our scheduled move. On the day of our move the company was a complete no show. We were scheduled between 8am-10am. I called and emailed the company multiple times, and could not get in contact with anyone. We finally heard back from them around 1pm. They said they would dispatch movers immediately. By 3pm, still no one. They then pushed the time back to 6pm, only to send a text to say they can not make it at all. Terrible experience. Huge inconvenience. Then did offer to come the next day, but by then we had made other arrangements. Never again. I understand things happen, but they kept assuring us they were going to send movers, giving us the run around.

The movers showed up on time and went right to work. The crew was unbelievable. They worked hard all day and despite our being a little upprepared for the move, they had us all packed up at the end of the first day. I'd say they handled the situation quite well.The second day, the crew finished packing up items we had forgotten from the first day and then loaded the truck. Everything was handled carefully and protected properly. No damages. There was one full truck load and a few odds and ends that we agreed to take ourselves.The move in was smooth and quick. No damage. The entire payment was made after the move was completed and was in the amount expected. Boxes and packing materials were extra but not exhorbinant.

The experience went well. They weren't late, which was very nice. Most of the companies they run hours late, so we were happy that they were at the time. 2 guys were very polite, and they didn't break anything.That was the main thing I was concerned because some of the things that I could very easily broken. For what little money we spent, we were happy.

They arrived on time, had to get down an alley and negotiate a weird driveway, which they did easily. Boys went to work right away and were very, very helpful as we didn't really know what we were up against in this ''storage'' unit as it belong to a family member who is out of the country. The unit was in horrible shape and we had to make a pathway just to get to the back and a smaller unit that they never saw in the original estimate.. They were well worth the money. Crew was amazing, very helpful, respectful and smart about packing. I would highly recommend them to anyone and should I move in the future, they will be my first call. Thank you guys, so much for going way beyond what was expected!

Movers treated all our belongings and furniture as if they belong to her. They covered everything and pointed out if there were small dents in the furniture. Guys did a great job and worked hard, they paid very close attention. They moved us to the apartment. The price was reasonable and they were very polite and professional. I recommend MPM to friends who also were very happy.I will use this Moving Company in San Francisco again in the future.
