These guys are simply fantastic.  The best experience you can expect when it comes to moving. Our move was difficult because the house is in the hills with limited access.  And we have a lot of crap.  First Jackie the estimator came to our house and her estimate was pretty much spot on. Jeanne is my main contact and I received a call her every day to check in. She was extra reassuring because I was neurotic about moving my piano up 3 flights of stairs. The guys (Lauro, Joe, Micky, Ivan, Jose, David, Pedro and Anthony) showed up every day, on time, ready.  And they did the move with such grace.  I cannot thank them enough.

We just moved from Campbell CaTo San Tan Valley AZ overall APerfect job it was priced right Packed well shipped  with Wheaton our 4th time over the years  using them  AGreat Company My only issue is I wished packers labeled betterOther than that  Great JobTHEY LOST A STAR  For notLABELING PROPERLYAnd KEEPING  ULtINSILS TOGETHER !!!

Move-pros helped to handle my move to a different state. I worked with Jeanne and was very satisfied with most of the process. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is scheduling (as they schedule long-distance moves with Wheaton): the exact loading date was scheduled only about 24 hours prior loading, the delivery date was 10 days past the delivery window (although Wheaton compensates some of the expenses caused by that). On the other hand, my baggage was handled with care and no items were damaged or lost on the way.

This company was the third-party delivery company that supposed to deliver one piece of furniture I'd ordered online to my apartment.  However, because they are apparently NOT *actually* pros at this, it took them several weeks to figure out how to deliver furniture to an address IN San Francisco.  At first, they interrogated me as to where they could potentially park.  I informed them that that wasn't really my concern, they were the professionals and therefore should be the ones to figure that out, especially since I'd already paid $300 in delivery fees.  They insisted that they couldn't deliver something unless I had a parking spot for them.  I pointed out to them that I live in a city, there are plenty of metered parking spots on my street, and that many other companies have been able to deliver large pieces of furniture to me in the past.  They then informed me that due to my lack of reserved parking spot for them, the delivery of my item is on indefinite hold.  In other words, I ordered from the wrong company, because they use this company, Move Pros to deliver their items, even though Move Pros cannot figure out how to do so.Worse, they expected me to figure out where they should park...even though that's THEIR job.  I simply paid out the derriere for shipping, and somehow I'm supposed to figure out how to do THEIR job, too???  Maybe they should be paying ME!!!  Mind you, I gave them multiple suggestions.  They poo-pooed them all.  I started to get the feeling that they were just too lazy to drive an item into San Francisco unless they could get valet service and a red carpet!!!I find this perplexing.  I've had moving companies move me to my current building without incident.  I've had a temper-pedic adjustable bed and frame delivered here from Sleep Train without incident.  I've had a desk, two very large sofas, an armoire, and a variety of other items delivered here in just the past 6 months with zero problems.Clearly, none of those items was delivered by Move Pros, because if it had been up to them, those deliveries would also be on indefinite hold until they actually learn a skill that every other delivery service seems to be able to perform just fine, which is how to deliver an item in San Francisco!!!!After several more weeks of back and forth between myself, the online company I actually placed the order with, and Move Pros, eventually my furniture was delivered.  It took them a grand total of 20 minutes, including "assembly".  To their credit, the two guys who actually brought the furniture into my livingroom and put the top on the base were fast and excellent, and so we tipped them accordingly.  If only the whole experience could've been this easy!!This was such a headache I hadn't bargaining for.  It'd be one thing if delivery was free, because beggars can't be choosers...but I paid A LOT for shipping.  For that price, I expect them to hire *actual* moving pros.Just not these guys.

These guys have done 3 moves for me and I couldn't be more impressed and pleased with their service. The guys are crazy punctual, hardworking, friendly, proactive - you name it. Jeanne and Audrey who help with coordinating moves and billing are equally lovely to work with. I'm so impressed with this company and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a residential or cross-country move or even a small local pickup. They do it all and they do it well.
