Max Movers Fremont

I recently got approved to live in central los angeles and needed help moving my things from Fremont to Central Los Angeles. After attempting to do it alone for one round, My roommate and I decided we needed a cheaper alternative so we called max movers and they were awesome! I had a lot of kitchen, living room, and bedroom belongings that were pretty heavy, but it didn't seem like a challenge for these guys. I really don't know what me and my roommate would have done as we didn't have much after paying the security deposit and all. I spoke to Nas and he was very helpful and pretty fast when it came to answering any questions I had (which was a lot). Hoping to stay put here for a while but will call them again if I ever need a moving service. Awesome guys!!!

Me and my family have recently moved from Fremont, CA to Carson City, Nevada. We made this long move and did it in a fast time thanks to the movers over at Max Movers Fremont. Through all of my years of moving I've never once had a team of movers so polite and kind, and most importantly, honest. These guys were always doing and working to the best of their ability. They took very good care of all of my belongings and especially my valuables such as glass and my precious China plates. I was overall pleased with the service that was provided. Thank you all so much again!

I would recommend going elsewhere for help moving. I ended up with stuff missing. This company sends outside contractors, or at least they did for me. The two guys who showed up worked slowly and one of them was more concerned with the music he was playing than the move. He wasted a good amount of time dealing with his phone battery and which song to play next. They asked if they could take a break and that was fine as long as I didn't have to pay for that time. When they finished, they had worked 4 hours total and the guy tells me it was 5.5 hours and double time for travel! That was not disclosed so they waived the double time charge (I already paid for gas). The 5.5 calculation shocked me and I went over the math to show it was 4 hours and max an extra 15 minutes. We actually negotiated and ended up at 4.5... negotiated!! Facts and math don't matter to them. I agreed and paid just to be done with it. I think they have a motive to work a minimum number of hours to maximize profits and that's why he said 5.5 hours like it was an arbitrary number. They do not intend to get anything done quickly, like within the min 3 hour required to book them. The WORST part is that the box/bag I put my phone charger in went missing along with whatever else was in there and my Bluetooth speaker. Terrible experience. I give them 2 stars because they did get my stuff from one place to another. I suggest this company be a little more vigilant about the contractors they hire to do the job because it's a reflection on Max Movers!

Thanks to Nas, Lei, and Frand, I'm now comfortably moved in to my new townhouse in Fremont. They were careful enough to make sure my things weren't damaged and were thorough enough to make sure we didn't forget anything in their truck. I highly recommend them for your future move.

Max Movers are very engaging with the customer and  supper efficient in packing it up and moving everything in a timely manner. I was stressed about my 50" inch tv that i had just bought (birthday gift to myself) but was impressed by how they handled everything delicately. I had to move my mini bar, sofa, coffee table and a my bed to  storage (Fremont to San Francisco) and they were able to get everything in one ride i liked that was able to save some money. To cut this story short use them next time you planning on moving you won't regret it.
