Incredibly rude over the phone on multiple occasions.  Last rental reservation done online but they failed to tell me they didn't have a truck available until the afternoon before!  Left me to confirm a reservation with another location the next morning with no guarantees that I'd have a truck available.I hope I never have to do business with these people ever again.

Becky was very accommodating to our needs and extremely helpful during a stressful move.  I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a truck or packing supplies for the big move

Agree with Negative 5Today I was advised my 24 foot truck that I rented approx one month out was not avail for this coming weekend. I spoke with an owner, Rebecca (Alviso) Meza. She was rude beyond words. She yelled at me on the phone claiming that I had given her reason to be disrespectful  with me on the phone simply when I put the question to her how could this could happen?! In her crazy logic, she yelled that she took an out of state one way reservation and she was simply not going to give that to anyone...hummm... Do you think that maybe she did that because it guaranteed her more money? I booked mine almost one month out!!Looking at her reviews they are sub par at best and I would  NOT RECOMMEND you EVER consider using them.  I would not at all be surprised that with her lack of ethics that she convinced someone to give her decent reviews. It simply defies logic when I just experienced such unprofessional behavior. It's a shame I have to tell my friends in the relocation industry for big companies all over the silicon valley that they will not want to use this branch. This by no means is attacking Budget, I have used Budget successfully in the past (not this branch). If Budget were smart they would look into her poor practices and horrendous customer service skills. Can't be good for your brand Budget!!

For almost twenty years, I've rented trucks from Budget for my catering business. Last year Budget closed the last of its Santa Cruz locations, and I had to start traveling to San Jose to get my trucks. Becky has taken outstanding care of me from day one. I've rented trucks from this location for 10 weeks this summer so far, and every time the truck has been there waiting for me, and Becky has gotten me in and out and processed as fast as possible. On my last rental, she went out of her way and stayed late to help me pick up a truck the day before my reservation was for, since I really needed it early. Thanks Becky for all your help, and for making the change in my location pick up as smooth as possible.
