I would give 0 stars if that would be possible. Horrible moving company! Please read the other reviews on yelp before you decide on this moving company. At one point one of the movers looks at me and says "ask your husband to disassemble the furniture as we're getting late". Preposterous! They refused to move boxes to the third floor and kept almost 10 boxes in our garage. We had to enlist our friends' help to finally move them up. Despite doing a really bad job and refusing to move all our stuff, they demanded a hefty tip! Would move my stuff myself but never use this company again! They are the worst!!

The service was overall cheap but so bad.The company owner, Tim, spent some much time arguing with me about the price which we have agreed before signing the contract. He insisted that it was our duty to pay the bill which he didn't think of in the first place. He asked me to add $600 on the original bill statement.The worker came on the moving day complained a lot and asked for a large tip. I ended up paying them $160 for 16 person-hour.I will never choose again or suggest anyone with their service.

OMG can I give them zero stars. Worst moving experience ever. Took 3 times as long as the said it would. They couldn't speak a word of English or Spanish so it was almost impossible to communicate with them. It took them one hour just to figure out how to get my sofa out. They didn't bring a big enough truck and left all the stuff in my garage. the manager said they would go out the next day and bring me the stuff from my garage but they did not. They either drank or took my Arrowhead water bottles. They scraped my sofa and bed. They scratched the door and broke the blinds at my old place and massively scratched the hardwood floor at new place. They also broke two of my pictures. I would never use them again!!!!!!!!!

I've used this moving service twice this year. I know what to expect when hiring a really cheap/affordable Chinese moving company so my expectations were pretty low. Both times, they showed up approximately 2 hours later that intended. Granted, the first time was not their fault, and the second time was due to some "mechanical issues." When it comes to actually moving though, they are FAST and definitely don't waste any time. I would suggest supervising the entire move to ensure that fragile items are moved carefully. I personally took my fragile/important items in my car beforehand.I provided them water and lunch midday, which is pretty standard since they work with no breaks. Afterwards though... they will ALWAYS try to ask for more tip. Keep in mind that the movers earn very little and work their butts off so have a set amount of how much you want to tip them.... and then add a little more.

I wasn't going to write the review, but I must so other won't make the same mistake!here's my store about this moving companyI ask for 3 person team, hope it would help them not over work, and the moving faster, I am 200% wrong!They came 30 minutes early, lucky I was almost ready.They are old as well, over 50!!! sorry, nothing personal.Right at the beginning, they want to charge more for moving the piano, but I told them it's included in the price and I was told by their company, then nightmare start.they are very slow, 7.5 hours and made two trips.not only they damage our furniture, both house door frame, baseboard and hardwood floor as well.the worst part was, I didn't find out  after they left!They were not happy all the time when they were moving, and not so careful neither; they just push our furniture down the stairs; I couldn't say anything,otherwise, I have to find someone else to do the job at that time. :(They keep complain we have too much stuff.one guy, almost move nothing, the other one copy him after half time.I should just order two men crews!three person never do a good jog together!so it become 7.5 hours; I was told it should be less than 4 hours after I told the person how much stuff I had on the phone!hourly rate is $75, plus $5 tips per person per hours, that's about 20% tipsAt the end, they wanted more tips!, I almost didn't want to give them any tips What a mistake that you should not make!
