Fairprice Movers

I used Fairprice Movers last year and they did a good job. I decided to use them again this year and had a completely different experience. I moved from a 2bedroom/1bath to another. Very small.  I am a very organized packer and had everything ready. I know there is a three hour minimum, however, they really seem like they milking the time.  Once we were at the new house, they just threw everything in and left. Majority of my boxes were upside down and I can't even count how many things were shattered.  I used bubble wrap and moving paper and am no joke when it comes to packing :) I wrote what was in each box, where it goes and if it is fragile. It did not matter, they didn't look at anything. My boxes had logo's on it so it wasn't like it was hard to tell which way goes up.  Once they were collecting their money, they told me that they forgot to charge me to bring my son's twin mattress. since they packed it, they had to charge me $15 extra.  I honestly don't give a flip about an extra $15, HOWEVER, if i had known, I would have just taken it myself, like I did with my queen mattress. I mean my six year old can pretty much slide that mattress. No box spring, just the mattress. I wish I had taken pictures of everything that was broken. It was insane how many times I turned a box right side up and heard tons of glass moving around. I wouldn't give them my business ever again.

Fairprice Movers were prompt, friendly and did a very good job! Everything arrived at our new town home in great condition! Luis explained all the paperwork to us and led his crew professionally and with speed! I would definitely recommend them for your local move!

Incredibly happy with the with the work Fairprice Movers out of Pleasanton did on our move!  We have a lot of heavy furniture and  Carlitos, Juan, Carlos, Robert, and Ruben moved it flawlessly and quickly!  They wrapped everything for protection.  I couldn't ask for a better moving company.  Will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs movers. Thanks for a great move.

I recently helped a friend move out of their apartment in the SF Bay Area and we used Fairprice Movers, based on a recommendation from a friend. We were pleased with the experience overall. We were unloading a POD storage unit into my friend's new home and Fairprice Movers made easy work of it. It was easy to tell that our movers were professionals because of their speed and efficiency. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the first time we've hired professional movers and we will definitely be using this team in the future. Nancy was very quick to respond via email/phone/text from the very beginning. She understood how stressful it was to move with a little one and she really put my worries at ease. The guys who helped move us showed up at the very beginning of the time window and hustled every single minute. They wrapped our furniture securely and even had a special crate for our tv. I was really impressed with their driving as well. They managed to maneuver that big truck in tricky spaces (so glad we decided not to do it ourselves!) A few weeks of unpacking later and there wasn't a single item damaged. I researched several moving companies and Fairprice was the most affordable. Since they hustled so hard we even went below our estimate. Great experience overall!
