Great Service! Called on a Thursday and had a 10 yard dumpster at our house on Saturday morning. Lowest price we could find as far as dumpsters go. Everyone was friendly, professional and prompt. Will be using them again when we demo our bathroom.

Stay away from this shady establishment. We received the absolute worst service from Mai here.My mom quickly chose to use this place as it was urgent. She rented a dumpster for what was supposed to be 7 days. The quote was for 7 days and we were charged right before they dropped off the dumpster. Six hours later, Mai called and asked if they could pick it up.We said we still needed it for longer and that they could pick it up the next day. After they picked it up, we were charged almost an additional $200. When we called to inquire about this, Mai said normally customers don't ask questions. She said we threw 4 mattresses in the dumpster. We actually only had 1 and told her so. She said  "that's what I see so that's what I charge."What kind of shady business is that?????STAY AWAY! There are plenty of other dumpster businesses in the area that provide wonderful customer service.

Today I was driving down 880 South around 9:40 AM and their truck had debris flying out of the bed. I had 2 rocks hit my windshield, resulting in a crack and long scratch. I honked at the driver to get his attention when I was on the side of his window. He made eye contact with me and kept driving. The logo was clearly visible under the driver side window. Once I got to my destination, I called Evergreen and left a voicemail message re damage and gave a description of the driver.About 30 minutes later, a woman called me back, yelling at me, insisting it could not be Evergreen's truck and asking how I knew the driver had brown hair and brown eyes-I stated I made eye contact with him. She then asked me to provide a photo of the driver of the truck to authenticate my claim. Of course since I was driving I was unable to take a picture of the driver. Why would you call me back to yell at me? Horrible business practices all around.

I had a great experience with EWS. When another company hung me out to dry on a project, EWS came in and saved the day. They were able to deliver the dumpster in mere hours. They are very, very, fast and responsive for both delivery and pick up of dumpsters and are friendly. Their prices are completely reasonable. I will definitely go with EWS next time I have a need for a dumpster.

Mai, is great from EVERGREEN WASTE SERVICES on Tully Rd. in San Jose, CAI have been using Evergreen Waste Services for a while now.  I am very pleased with her services, every time I call to request Dumpsters for the type of work that I do, Mai, is always very helpful, professional I get wonderful service.
