I've had a storage unit here a little over a year now. This place is a good as a storage unit facility can get. The people who work there are friendly. It's easy to get a car close to any unit, even though mine is upstairs. Much cleaner than some other storage facilities I've been to and it's very secure with the cameras and gate. Makes me feel a lot better leaving my stuff there. Be sure to mention the TV ad to get a special rate (These are the people with the stupid ads during the sharks game).

People give Casa De Rip Off 5 stars because they have a gate and surveillance cameras so you feel that your belongings are being protected, but shouldn't all storage facilities have these ammenities especially when you end up paying what you do at Casa. I give it 2 stars because of the clean facilities and that's it. I wish I could give them more stars for the cheesy Shark commercials they do but if anything I should be taking a star away for that nonsense.  So to the meat and potatos on why I would not recommend them for anyone trying to hold on to their savings. The intro price is good but if you plan on staying long term they WILL hike up your monthly fee gradually in small increments so it's not noticeable at first them before you know it your paying double the amount you initially started with. Oh and don't be late on your payments because when life happens Casa De Crap Hole doesn't. After a couple of late payments even if your chipping away at it they have a very warm and welcoming way of letting you know on "Friday" they'll be having a storage auction "yep that means your sh%t" and it just so happens it's on the day your payment is due. WTF! That's business I guess! And lets say if you DO pay your late payments they still take their sweet ass time taking the lock off your storage so you can get to your belongings. If I pay you I expect access to my stuff at the same time.PLEASE DON'T GET ME WRONG!!I'm not doing this review out of spite or anything of the sort although it may seem that way by my tone. It just pisses me off how people can and will take advantage of you when they got you against the ropes. I'm doing this because I'm not a fan of how they do business and I'm just trying to protect anyone who is considering them as a potential storage facility. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT BUT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR "I TOLD YOU SO" YOU WILL!!

Stopped by to check out getting some storage.  Lady behind the counter barely had a pulse...no one there but she seemed not wanting to help.  Then she snapped...Please dont go over there !   Oh i forgot ...storage = fort knox.Mgmt.  ....  Put customer friendly people at the front desk...just a tip.Im going to public storage to give them my business !!

I have had a storage unit here for 4 years. It has been great! I love the family own storage places. It is secure, good priced and we'll run and kept up. Manga ent lives on site securing the site. I highly recommend!

This place is kinda a pain in the butt. Their hours are awful. 10-5pm on sundays? How am I supposed to have a full work schedule and work with these hours? When you want your stuff, you dont want to wait for an employee to wake up on a lazy sunday. 6 pm is an okay closing time for a computer programming job, or a manufacturing job, but storage places should be convenient to customers.The employees act like dealing with customers is a chore. I've had way better experiences at nationwide storage/box stores.The boxes are overpriced. You know you can get cheaper packing supplies elsewhere.One time my unit apparently needed to be broken into due to a maintenance issue and it was a pain to get my key to the new lock they put in.The only good thing is my unit can be easily driven up to, and there is usually not other customers in the way. They also have personal security entry and exit codes, which I believe is typical.
