Wow, we were so glad we found Cali Movers to move our belongings from our apartment to our new house on the other side of town. Thank goodness there are still reliable, quality local moving company's out there! The moving services that Cali Movers provided were top notch and second to none; everything from the price estimates, to the packing, to the unpacking of our stuff we couldn't be more pleased. We were given status updates while they were moving, including updates while the move was underway so we were assured nothing was broken.Cali Movers made sure there were no damages while packing up or moving in. I've been telling all of my friends and family about these movers, the best local movers around. If you want your move done in a professional manner with no hidden charges and of course on time, then go with these guys for all your local moving needs.

Worst moving experience ever. Fraudulent company actually based in Texas with owner in India. Unable to resolve any conflict. They said they could move my small 2 bed condo in 3 hrs and quoted me $405.  We only had 15 pieces of small furniture items (no appliances) and 40 perfectly packed Home Depot boxes. They showed up over an hour late. My husband took multiple truck loads while they slowly packed the truck.  We kept asking how much longer and every time they said an hour. It took a whopping 7 hours just to load the truck and we were running out of time so had them stop loading with items still remaining. The truck they brought was too big so they barely made it on the road to our new place 15 mins away. They couldn't pull info the drive way so my husband had to help haul the furniture and boxes from the road at the bottom of the driveway. My husband helped move all the furniture into the house. It was getting dark so we had them load the boxes in the carport, which means we have to haul heavy boxes into the house as we unpack.The total ended up being $940 instead of the $405 I was quoted because it took 9.5 hours instead of the 3 hrs they said! Plus my poor hubby had to work the whole day & he also had to go back the next day to get the bikes, BBQ and patio furniture that they didn't pack in the truck. After 9.5 hrs we were over budget on an incomplete move. I called 5 times to reach the owner who still hasn't returned my call. I want a refund on the $540 I was over charged from what they quoted.

I needed to move a piano so was anxious about who to hire. Then it all got so nerve racking I just hired the first one who was available !! Turned out to be Cali Movers. They were Great, they gave me a firm price, a firm time and were perfect in carrying it out. They called to confirm the day before and day of move. They came exactly on time, wrapped up the piano nice and tight, hauled it down multiple stairways at both locations, put it in place so fantastic I didn't need to have it retuned !!! I was impressed 100% because I got such good service with a company I had no history or recommendation for... So delighted to recommend them to others.

Worst moving experience ever. Took over 5 hours to move a 1BR a little over a mile. Paid to save time and be able to multi-task (have some deadlines to meet this weekend) but ended up doing much of the labor ourselves and wasted entire day. In addition, our stuff's damaged and bed frame's so bad we're going to have to buy a new one.Least professional moving team and most frustrating moving experience so far among all within-bay area, cross-country, and international moves I've had.

These guys were fantastic! Called them the day before I needed to move since I found out last minute that they were paving the concrete at my new place.  They were professional and very efficient.  It took them a little under 4 hours to move a 1 bedroom, drive from SF to Mt. View Area, and put all my large furniture back together.   Super quick and painless!
