Andrew and Bobby were amazing! We were given an 8a-10a window of arrival and Andrew called me just after 8 to let me know they were almost at my apartment. They were taking my pre packed boxes to the truck by 8:30a. The furniture was carefully wrapped; we had no damage to anything they wrapped. They had extra boxes for us to use for the odds and ends that didn't quite make it into boxes. The second floor studio apartment was completely empty by 11 and they were on the road. Once they got to the new apartment, I pointed and they moved it, even when I changed my mind about where I wanted certain pieces. There was one piece of furniture damaged, but it was a cheap piece from Amazon that I didn't expect to survive the move anyway. They showed me what they broke as soon as they discovered it. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to make it right. They had unloaded the truck and put my furniture back together by 3:45p. Andrew and Bobby were fast, efficient, and careful.  As much as I love my new home, I'd hire them if I needed to move again!

We just completed a move with Amazing Movers and were really satisfied with their service.  They showed up on time, did a great job wrapping/padding everything, and worked fast to get the job done in a short amount of time.  We moved a 3/2 1200 sq ft house (did most of the packing ourselves before hand) and they got us moved in 6 hours with 4 men.  Thats pretty impressive in my book, there was definitely no lollygagging from Amazing Movers.Sergey was our foreman and he did a good job communicating.  My only complaint would be that the some of the other people on the crew didn't speak english really well, so there were a couple of times there was a communication breakdown between me and a mover.  As others have said, I would make sure to communicate with the foreman and let him delegate to his team.

Sergey and George helped us in our move from Mountain View to San Mateo. We couldn't have been happier with how they executed the entire move. Even before the day of the move, communication from Amazing Movers was spot on. On the day of the move, Sergey and George arrived on time and were super efficient with disassembling, organizing, and packing everything. They then carefully arranged all the boxes at our desired locations. The whole move took ~7 hours, but both of them didn't take any break and were super cognizant of the time. Above all, they were very courteous. I highly recommend Amazing Movers and know that I'll be using them again whenever the need arises.

Used Amazing movers a second time to ship the rest of our stuff back east. Again an amazing experience. The crew showed up on time, were efficient, helped wrap and pack some fragile items, and were great at troubleshooting an issue w/ the lock at the transport location. I would definitely recommend this moving service. We had a great experience two times now.
