Gregg and Abel were the best athelping me move! They were on-time, friendly and efficient! Every box was put exactly where I wanted it and nothing was damaged. They made the move stress free, gave me a coffee and a cute plant to start my patio garden :) Thanks guys!

Communication and customer service are horrible. I set up my appointment a month ahead of time and received a confirmation. I had to adjust my date and added a washer and dryer, which I did a couple days later. I received the estimate and approved it. I never received an updated confirmation of my move-in date.   I emailed customer service on August 25th confirming my adjusted move-in date of Sept 1st.  I received a response and confirmation to my September 1 move-in, from 9 to 11 as my window.  I spoke with a customer service representative on Thursday, August 31 as I noticed my phone number was incorrect and he updated it.  On Friday, September 1 I waited arrival of the movers from 9 to 11 with no one showing up nor calling I called customer service to find out what had happened and I was told that I was bumped, yet kept on the schedule, because my approved estimate was not received. I am extremely upset and unsatisfied regarding this as there was no communication, not miscommunication as customer service tried to state happened,  regarding the lack of receipt of my approved estimate or my timeslot change. I was told my time has been changed to 1130 to 130 window, the movers showed up after three phone calls with customer service at 4:15. It took them 10 hours to move me,  way above the estimate, $400 over what I was initially estimated as the top end of my estimate. I believe your customer service representative miss calculated the number of the movers required for a three bedroom apartment - two movers came. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this company to anyone. I received no adjustment to my bottom dollar despite the lack of communication. The highlight of my move was Rocky and Michael! Despite the situation with customer service, the two gentlemen worked extremely hard moving what I believe it should've been four guys worth of work! Kudos to Rocky and Michael!

Susie and Daniel were amazing and finished packing up my house in RECORD time!! Woo-hoo!! They kept me informed and updated through the entire process. They asked my name and USED it, making me feel worth their time. Not just another client. They even played with and accommodated a very curious one year old who followed them around. Amazing!!!!Update: The next day, Martin, Carlos, Abel, and Chris did amazing getting us into our new place!! They indulged an eager 9yr. old wanting to be useful. They let him help move furniture and boxes and complimented him on his strength! Their fun didn't take away from their professionalism though! They were careful with my things and respected us and our new house!! Most fun my son's ever had moving.

The guys called to confirm at 7:30am and showed up at 8am sharp. The 3 man crew of Terryn, Doug and Daniel were fantastic. They were uniformed, the truck was new and clean. The crewWas and hard working. The took care to move out stuff with care. They disassembled and reassembled ourBeds.The whole experience was very satisfactory:)Greg

My boyfriend and I were downgrading since we are not in SD enough for a penthouse one bed plus loft to make any sense. We moved down the hall so it was an easier move than most. The guys were GREAT. We had Gregg and his team -- Garrit and Brian.They were very respectful towards us and our stuff. Listened to our instructions and how we wanted things done. It was very easy to unpack for us as well. Great job. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!
