I moved on July 1, 2013 and everyone knows Moving can be a very stressful moment.  Along came Ronnie and Jonnie (identical twin brothers) they were very kind, professional and personable.  They arrived when they said they would and truly calmed my nerves of moving when I saw how they were packing and wrapping everything.  They were just as pleasant at the beginning, as at the end of the 10-hour move.  Nothing was scratched, dented or broken and they are truly very professional.  They made sure nothing was missed and just when we thought we were done and realized there was one more load, they went, took care of it, without any frustration or any attitude about it.  They were kind and professional all the way through.  I would definitely use them again and will keep recommending them.  Thanks Ronnie, Jonnie and team, you truly made this move a smooth one.

Workhorse movers was excellent.  They were affordable, reliable, and trustworthy!  I moved things from 3 different locations and they helped plan and implement a smooth, trouble free move. The move was from Escondido, Poway, and rancho Bernardo and it was still more affordable to use workhorse movers than any local, overpriced companies.  A definite thumbs up!!  Betsy

Use this business for your next move!  A friend of mine told me about this business and I'm so happy to have used them.  Johnny and Ronnie are courteous and  professional. No time wasted as they begin to carefully wrap, protect and load items. My furniture arrived at my new place without a scratch or dent, and this was up two flights of stairs!  Competive pricing, more affordable then the bigger guys, these small business owners are big on customer service.  To top it off, they are super nice guys.

One of the BEST moving companies out there!  My family's move to another state was happening the day after Thanksgiving.  I called Ronnie the Sunday before Thanksgiving and he answered the phone immediately.  Over the phone we were able to discuss what we needed help with (packing and loading the moving truck) and he was able to give me a VERY reasonable quote.  On moving day, Johnny and his team (3 guys in all) showed up promptly at 9am.  They worked non-stop and had such care and consideration for my family's possessions.  This company has dedicated customer service, professional moving teams, and extremely positive and patient attitudes!!!! My family was so impressed with the work they did and we are incredibly grateful that during this tough transition we had a company who was reliable, friendly, and easy to work with.  If you are thinking about moving I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring the Workhorse Movers team.

This review is way overdue....I used these guys back on February 2nd and I'm just getting around to taking care of this.  Sorry!  Really just getting settled in.  But first of all I want to start off by saying that these guys were professional and reliable from the beginning.  I had made several calls for quotes and it was easy to tell the large companies from the small ones.  So it was obvious Workhorse Movers was one of the smaller ones.  But that didn't mean they were small on service or customer service.  Every call was returned, ever call was answered and they were where they said they would be from providing an estimate to the day of the move.  Ronnie was totally open to coming out to provide an estimate and made himself readily available to do so but my schedule just would not permit.  So we did forgo that which was probably a bad idea in hindsight.  The good thing though is that I did order 4 movers vs. 3 or 2 so that was good.  I think that if we had obtained the estimate he would have known that 2 trucks would be needed.  Because a 2nd trip had to be made.  But the overall price was affordable and similar in pricing to a few other comparable companies.What I learned about the company on moving day.  The owners are a set of twins and their work ethic and energy is the same.  I don't know how they do/did it.  But these guys worked like amplifiers alllll day on my move with the same energy at the end that they had when they arrived.  I was moving slowly by the end but they were still walking and moving very fast until they left.  And fast didn't mean sloppy either.  I'm happy to report that I have gone through most of my boxes and have not found 1 broken item.  Everything was wrapped professionally and disassembled and reassembled at my new home.  They set-up everything - put all of the boxes in the right rooms and even helped with the arrangement of my furniture.  The only thing they didn't do was unpack for me.  (The nerve of them!) :-) Now, this is an honest review that you can trust. So, I am deducting these guys 1 star because although the 2 owners were AMAZING!!!!  The 2 guys they brought with them did not measure up and needed alot of hand holding and guidance.  I think that if they had 2 more guys equivalent in experience/energy that would have made a big difference.  It wasn't that big of a deal.  I just wanted to mention why I didn't give them 5 stars.  The time it took to get me moved was really long and again the reason was those 2 guys.   In the company's defense, they were a discerning pair and they knew this was a problem without my having to say anything.  When we sat down at the end to take care of payment they did not charge me for 4 guys the last part of the move because those guys were basically AWOL.  I learned that Workhorse Movers is comprised of Ronnie and Johnny and Ronnie has been working in this industry for a while and has recently branched out on his own.  They are getting off to a good start.  Give them a chance.  I don't think you will be disappointed.  And if you are I'm certain they will work to fix it!  I saw evidence of that first hand!  I'm almost done...I've got to mention this.  Sears called and I missed the delivery of my refrigerator so I asked these guys to detour to Sears to pick up my refrigerator and they did!  Strapped it into the truck, brought it into the house and helped me set it up.  Really?  Who does that?  Of course I had to pay for the additional time but at least I was not without a refrigerator all weekend.  That alone makes Workhorse Movers a company I will always call first when I am preparing to move.  Hope they will be around for many years to come.  Good Luck with your business guys!  I hope this review helps!  Happy Moving!
