We used Vista Movers on our recent move from Leucadia to Carlsbad. The team was professional, courteous and extremely fast (especially nice when you are paying by the hour!). They arrived on time, communicated effectively and got the job done in a very timely manner! We definitely place our endorsement on Vista Movers and will use them again if need be ... but hopefully not, I am too old to move again!Thanks Vista Movers!

Not a good experience. I called for next day moving service which they told me they were able to accommodate. So far so good. They gave me a 3 hour window from 2-5pm and say they'll call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Kind of a big window, but it's the end of the day so I understand.Fast forward to 4:45pm the next day with still no phone call. I call them (first attempt no one picks up, no answering machine either, second attempt someone picks up) and they try to get an ETA for me. I was placed on hold and then told that the movers would call me directly with an ETA. I say ok and hang up. 30 minutes pass with no phone call. I call them back again (same thing as before, it took 2 attempts to get someone to answer). I spoke with the same man and he apologized and said jobs earlier in the day took longer than expected. He then puts me on hold again. When he returns he said the movers would be calling me very soon with an ETA. I skeptically said ok and hung up. 30 more minutes pass by and STILL NO CALL! I then called back and spoke with a woman and told her I wanted to cancel the service all together (it's now over an hour past the back end of the time frame). She cancelled my service with no penalties. At the end of the day, I understand that things can get backed up. It was the utter lack of communication, however, that warrants this bad review. No one ever called to say they were running late. No one called when I was told to expect s call. My wife took a half day at work to be home for the move, which turned out to be pointless. Had we stuck with them and moved that night, movers could have been here til 9-10pm! Their 3 hour minimum would have made sure of that. Luckily I'm a teacher and had the day off anyway, otherwise it could have been worse.

We used Vista Movers today and we are extremely happy with their service. They were super reliable, courteous, hard working...can't say enough about these guys. Showed up on time and they pretty much finished the job within the time frame they had suggested for moving a one single level home. Great job!!!
