History

Established in 2010. Vector Moving was originally established in 2010 as a sole proprietorship by Andrey Slivko, a young and ambitious self-starter who had been a professional mover since 2008. The company started operating under a license of a San-Francisco-based carrier in 2011 as their subsidiary. In early 2015 Arthur Beecherov, a business professional with over 4 years of extensive experience in managing a multi-million-dollar moving enterprise, joined the company. On October 1st, 2015 newly re-established Vector Moving and Storage officially launched operations under its own new license.Vector Moving and Storage's mission is to provide THE best quality of service available at THE most affordable prices. With over 11 years of combined experience in moving homes and offices, Vector can offer services far more superior than other local movers, because we really have seen it all!

Relocated from San Diego to Phoenix 4 months ago so this review is well overdue. Excellent service, great prices, efficient and prompt. No damage to any of our belongings. I am so impressed by this company and the staff. My sister recommended this company and said great things about them too. I had two movers and a truck. Both guys showed up on time and went straight to work. They didn't chat with each other or BS, they started on the move right away. They packed everything so well and they were quick. They were both very professional. I have to say this is by far the best move I have ever had! I trust this company entirely and would recommend them to everyone who needs great, efficient movers! I highly recommend Vector Moving company. We moved last Friday, March 3 from Mission Hills to University City. Moving is a *very* stressful process, but Arthur paid a close attention throughout our move. All three movers (led by Matthew) were courteous, prompt and worked hard. Our move-out and move-in places were located on the 2nd floor, so they had to use both stairs and elevators, but the movers did a fantastic job. We had typical heavy furniture (such as beds, sofas, piano etc.), and they had no problem lifting them up (with no damages) and putting them together at our new place.Prior to this move, my family had moved twice in the last 5 years and was never happy with the movers we hired. BUT, I feel I finally found one that I can rely on! We will re-hire Vector Moving at our next move (hopefully, not too soon, though).

I am amending my original 5 star review to 1 star after realizing that part of my belongings went missing. On 02/22, Adrian and Alex moved my furniture and boxes from my condo into their truck which was then driven to the ABF service center where they then loaded a moving cube with my belongings. Initially I was so ecstatic that they managed to fit everything into one cube (I had 2 reserved). During this process they told me I could wait in the car while they loaded everything. I then locked the cube after loading was completed. On 03/02, I received my stuff in Colorado and promptly got everything out. I then realized that one box had gone missing. The box labeled "movies & games". I called that day and spoke to Arthur who confirmed that nothing was left in the truck. So what happened to the box that just so happened to have the most expensive stuff in it? I'm not going to go on an accusatory rant about what happened. But in retrospect, I should have labeled that box "used tampons" and been more watchful of my stuff as it was being loaded. Luckily nothing of true sentimental value was lost but I highly caution using this company. Definitely some tough lessons learned here.
