History

Established in 2012. We are a San Diego based, family-owned and operated, residential moving company. We have 13 years of experience in the industry and know the ins and outs of this business. We know what you are going through and the endless 'to do' list before and after your move, and will do our best to eliminate some of your worries. 13 years of experience taught us so much besides just the move itself-rules and regulations in different neighborhoods, potential problems people sometimes overlook, furniture arrangement to avoid hassle later, etc. And last but not least, Location. We know where we are going.

Can't speak more highly of Brian and his crew. Nothing like having the owner there on the job. They were punctual, courteous, didn't damage one thing, and full of information on the area that we moved to. Pricing was competitive and when the job was complete, the price was on point. Movers can be shady as all get out, but with Tri City, put your mind at ease and let Brian and his crew handle it all....it's worth your peace of mind.

For our move into our first purchased home, Brian and his team really saved the day. It was hard enough finding movers who were available, but to find one that are as considerate, patient, and flexible as Brian is rare. He understood the uncertainty that comes with escrow closing procedures, and even though we moved at a popular time (other moving companies had no availabilities for the next couple of weeks), Brian kept in touch and worked with my schedule to find the best options for a quick and easy move. He and his team certainly went the distance to take care of our furniture and heavy boxes, even providing very handy garment boxes. They were friendly, strong, and well hydrated, working tirelessly for the three hours I had them for. Hiring Brian and his team was the best decision I could have made for my move. Brian was very responsive by text and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable in determining exactly what my needs were over the phone. He and his crew showed up EARLY and got everything loaded and moved in exactly the time we agreed on! They were exceptional careful when carrying my heavy furniture pieces up THREE flights of stairs. I had literally no scuffs, marks, or broken pieces AT ALL. They refused to have me help them in any way so I basically just told them where to put everything. I can't say enough about their professionalism and expertise. And to top it off, the price was absolutely reasonable. You will never question whether they were worth every penny. Don't look for another moving company. Brian is your best choice!

Tri City Moving made our move a breeze - I could not recommend them highly enough. Brian, the owner, was professional and responsive - and he was easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process. Two days before our move, we were told by our Pod company that they could not deliver to our property... meaning that we would have to pack a moving truck, drive the truck to the warehouse, and move everything from the truck into the Pod. What a pain. We called Brian, in a panic, and within a few hours he had worked out a solution to get us a moving truck and extend the number of hours we had the movers for. Brian, and Tri City Moving, literally saved us. Moving sucks, but there are definitely ways to make it easier and smoother, and Tri City Moving was one of them. Our movers were professional, courteous, and fast. They packed the pod like a puzzle in order to make everything fit (saving us a ton of money from having to rent a second pod or have extra stuff shipped). I could go on and on, but I hate reading super long reviews, so I'll stop here. I wholeheartedly recommend Tri City Moving to anyone in the San Diego area.
