Steve and Fadi helped me move this past Saturday.  For a 1 bedroom apartment, I was quoted 3 hours, 1 truck, 2 movers.  Immediately upon entering my place, Steve and Fadi mentioned that I have a lot of stuff for a 1 bedroom.  The move ended up taking 4.5 hours, and I paid $311 + tip.  I got a stellar deal!!  I got the yelp discount ($20 for $50), a cash discount, and a military discount (thanks to my hubby).  Steve and Fadi were wonderful!!  Nice guys, very hard working and efficient, and honest.  They took a 15-minute lunch break after we were done packing up my old place and on the way to my new place.  They got lost (understandable because my new place is in a huge confusing complex) so they deducted 30 minutes from my total.  They also did not count the 15 minutes it took to sign paperwork and get settled in.  Very fair.  The only negatives were that a couple pieces of furniture were 'dinged' or scratched in the moving process, which I honestly don't care about because they were from Ikea and that always happens when you're moving no matter how careful you are.  Also, they did not like my desk!  From the moment they saw it, they did not want to move it or take it apart.  I understand that it's a pain in the butt, but if my fiance wasn't on Navy orders he would've done whatever it took to get the desk into its new home.  I felt like they gave up on the desk and overestimated how long it would take to find a solution.  It's still sitting in my living room...  But my friend realized that all that needs to happen is for the office door to be taken off the hinge and then the desk will fit.  Hopefully I can get some help from someone else with that soon.  Also, I requested several wardrobe boxes from Shannon, knowing that I have a lotttt of clothes, and they only brought 3-4.  We definitely needed more!Thanks to Titan Movers for making my life easier!

So they have you yelp them for a discount right before you pay them. Ok, I am fine with that. But then to go inside and notice they put two holes in some interior doors, Not cool! Of course they were already gone, no one answered the phone the few times I called and no one called me back after I left a detailed message. Has been almost 60 days now. The receipt is a carbon copy and they must have used pencil because it looks blank the writing is so light. Now this is probably only a $50 repair but still, customer service makes or breaks a company! Such a bummer because the rest of the move went great and the guys were very nice!

Hired Titan Movers for a move to a new seasonal apartment in La Mesa-area outside of San Diego. They came with the truck right on time on a weekday morning, and the job was completed just passed noon. All our belongings were moved safely without incidents, and that was initially one of our biggest concerns. You rely on someone else relocating and moving your big screen LCD & Plasma TV's, hifi equipment and speakers, and not to forget your fiancees beloved furniture. Might not mean much to anyone else, but at least have some affectional value to us. They put the stuff where you tell them to, and sure enough..they work quickly enough without any mishaps.At the end of the day, it feels great that you can focus on your new place and not having to deal with anything else that might mess up your move.

It was my first time hiring professional movers due to the amount of things that I had at my previous place. After looking around for a couple of days I found Titan Movers, I called them up, the staff was very friendly over the phone and gave me the best quote that I was able to find (I had already called 3 other moving companies). On the day of the move, the guys showed up 10 minutes early. I signed the paperwork and they started working. They were very professional and efficient they got everything done under the quoted time. I totally recommend them :)

I recently moved into a brand new house and used Titan Movers. I hadn't planned on using a moving company but I recently ruptured my achilles and was unable to do any moving. I can honestly say that I'm glad I got injured because Titan Movers made the move really smooth. Two movers showed up 15 mins early and went over the paperwork with me and said they would start promptly at 8am. 8am came around and they two guys started and didn't stop. I had two pickup up locations and then the final destination at my new home. They got the entire job done in 3 hours. This price was very good compared to the amount of work they do. 3 hours plus tip only cost me $320. I think it was well worth it. These two guys carried my huge washer and dryer upstairs because the laundry room is on the second level. That alone impressed me and made me realize that it was money well spent. I paid cash because they do tack on a 5% credit card fee. I don't think its stated on their website and wasn't disclosed at the time I made the phone appt but Anton did point it out before any work was done during that 15 min period before their 8am start time. I had the heads up on the credit card fee from other Yelp reviews.The customer service was also very good. Anton was one of the workers and did most of the talking. He was very courteous and polite. The other guy was more on the quiet end but did everything that was asked of him. I would definitely recommend this moving company, as I had no complaints. The only casualty during the move was an electric fan remote was dropped and shattered into pieces. It was a honest mistake that can happen in any move.Hope this helps...Donny
