I came across State to State Moving and Auto Transport while I was searching for a moving company when I wanted to relocate to San Diego from Los Angeles. I had the most amazing experience using their services. They were very careful with handling my stuff, there were no damages done to my furniture or walls. They kept my things in storage for three days.  For our two bedroom townhouse, they sent 3 movers, which is more than I've had on any of my different moves (where the other companies just sent 2). They were able to split off into various rooms and get the rest of the pressing and stacking done speedier than I've at any point seen. When they touched base at the new house they emptied and reassembled the furniture significantly more rapidly. The best part: the last cost was *significantly* not as much as the first gauge. Some portion of that is because of me me knocking out a time-consuming room like the kitchen myself, but the final cost was even lower than their without-packing estimate, even considering that they did pack a significant amount of items.Their pick up and delivery were right on time and i experience a smooth and hassle-free move. The team at State to State Movers was an absolute dream. They were so easy to workwith. They quite effectively managed my relocationfrom Arizona last year, working witha demanding father of two youngsters who had so much on her mind. Eachindividual I got in touch with at Stateto State Movers had a veryprofessional demeanor and was extremely kind. They didn't push you around andput themselves first. They really sat down with me and explained what needed tobe done. Answered all my questions. I never thought the moving process could be so detailed and complicated. They just thought ofeverything. They managed to organize my movingprocess brilliantly. They wereexcellent at knowing when I seemed stressed and jumping right in. They had everything practiced and outlined, you could tell that they had done it over and over again with attention to details. Everything was thought of - wardrobe boxes so I didn't have to get my clothes wrinckled, crates for my artwork and china, tons and tons of bubble wrap and packing material. Also, what's most important, it was all included in the price that was originally quoted, and I ended up paying exactly that amount at the end.The moving day itself went without a hiccup. The State to State Movers team came on time, picked each box anditem that needed to be carried into the truck, disassembled the furniture, wrapped everythingin blankets and shrink wrap. I was amazed!They effectively navigated the crazy familydemands of divorced people and always knew the right way to handle things. Theywere great at helping me deal with the more expensive things and at the end,not nickel and dime over was I charged. Don't let their young age fool you, asthey are extremely experienced and know exactly what they are doing. Amazinglyprofessional, but also allow you to guide the process in the direction thatsuits you.I feel like I have made a lifelong relationshipwith State to State Movers. They are the sweetest people and absolutely have abackbone when needed.They were not afraid of doing the nitty grittydirty work. The calm demeanor of these guys is awe-inspiring. I hope I willnever have to move again, but if I have to, these guys are going tobe my choice. Thank you, State toState Movers for making our relocationso wonderfully easy!

All in all a positive experience.  Moved two cars cross country.  After a small snafu related to pickup time, move went off without a hitch.  Cars were delivered within the delivery window in perfect condition.

The guys at State to State Moving and Auto Shipping are really the best in what they do. I recently moved to another state, but I had to leave my car behind due to some issues, and when the time came to finally transport it, I decided to hire professionals to do it. After reading a bunch of reviews I decided to go with State to State. It was a bit scary letting someone you haven't met ship your car, but I had to do it. So I decided to put my Mustang into their hands, and I don't regret it. I chose to go with enclosed transport, because I wanted to make sure I did everything I could for the safety of my baby. Also, I kinda didn't want to waste time having to wash it afterwards   Anyway, the professionalism and friendliness of these guys assured me the transport will be stress free for me. The driver was on time, the car was picked and packed as previously agreed and as soon as he left with my baby, I was already tracking it online. It really put me at ease that I knew exactly where my car was at any moment. As we previously set the picking up and delivery of the car, I have to say that my baby arrived with no scratches or damages, dings or any other trauma to either me and to my car. I don't think I'll be willing to go through the stress of shipping my Mustang any time soon again, but if I ever do, I'll definitely have the guys from State to State help me with it. Honestly I cannot recommend the staff well enough, they were simply amazing! Another friend of mine also used their services recently to ship his Lamborghini to a car show, and he is really happy with their services as well.

Honestly, I am so extremely disappointment in the care we have received. I picked this company to move my husbands truck based on their amazing reviews. There was such a lack of communication. They kept changing the pick up date and then kept changing the drop off date. We got our truck tonight and their is a huge gash in the front bumper of the truck that wasn't there before. They also used the half a tank of gas that was in the truck, we received the truck on empty. To top it all off the man who brought us our truck asked us three times for a tip and also asked us to pay a 750$ fee. So extremely unprofessional. I wish I would have chosen a different company.
