We just moved again and contacted Rhino the day before.  They were able to accommodate us and get us movers for our requested time.  If you see my previous review, you'll see we had a great experience with these guys last time and it was the same this time around.  Our movers were Ben and Devon and they were great.  They were on time and started moving immediately upon arrival.  They even loaded the elevator prior to coming up to see our place.  Very efficient.  I'll keep it brief but overall another great experience with Rhino Moving.  These guys are top notch, customer service-oriented and get the job done quick.  Highly recommend.  We will continue to use this company for any moves in the future.

UPDATED:It is so nice that we have finally gotten a response from Rhino Moving, LLC within minutes of posting a Yelp review after three weeks of hearing nothing after calling multiple times and leaving multiple voicemails. After reading the response from management I still am not satisfied with the company as the majority of the claims are false.1. The elevator was not shared. I am not sure where this information is coming from but the elevator was reserved for the move. Our building has two main elevators with one being a dedicated moving elevator. This was reserved for the day of our move and there was no issuewith this. We had complete and sole access to the elevator for the duration of the move within the time frame of the move that was quoted to us.2. Regarding the issue with parking the truck. This was not poor planning on our part. The spot the truck was at is the dedicated spot for moving trucks for our building. It is available for any duration as long as active loading or unloading is happening. Since the team was not actively loading during the packing phase the truck could not be in that spot. I completely understand that by law 2 movers have to move the truck however the truck did not need to be moved several times. It simply needed to be parked somewhere while they packed and then brought back to the loading zone when ready to load. We did not refuse to pay a ticket. When the team leader notified us of the situation my husband said "Do what you need to do and whatever your company thinks is best." This seemed to be moving the truck so as not to get a ticket which we did not disagree with.3. We indicated upon booking moving services that we would require packing services. This was done well in-advance of our move (greater than 1 week). My husband did notice on his confirmation e-mail that packing services was not listed despite us requesting this at time of booking. Therefore we called to re-confirm this. We were told this was not a problem and three movers were recommended. We never were advised to have or refused to have additional movers. Furthermore, when the three workers arrived on Friday morning, had a look around and quoted us as loading the truck by noon.Again, we appreciate the quick response on Yelp after several weeks of calling the Rhino Moving, LLC office without a response. We look forward to discussing this issue with you further in pursuit of a resolution.

Rhino Moving company was a great choice for movers!  They were very responsive and quick to help schedule movers and accommodate your time frame.  The two movers I had, Gill and Devon, were very organized, professional and great to work with! I highly recommend Rhino Moving company!

I wish I could give them a 0. They are liars and cheaters. They sent three men, who weren't much bigger than I am to come do a heavy move. They cracked my TV and told me that their insurance was going to take care of it, just so I would sign the contract. Afterwards, they emailed me to notify me that they are not reliable and only want to give me $12 for a $550 TV. I wouldn't have paid the movers if I had known this. Their customer service is absolutely awful and they made my moving experience a nightmare. I would not recommend to anyone. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Fast and affordable! They scuffed my walls a bit but I take some fault for that because I really wanted them to move a large couch into a bedroom through a very tight hallway. Overall I was really happy with their service.
