ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!These guys came in, disassembled our complex furniture, wrapped everything up to keep it in good condition, packed their truck with those and tons of boxes, brought everything in,  reassembled the furniture and damaged absolutely nothing and they did it in record time.I was incredibly impressed by their ability to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Everyone involved in the process was professional and if we ever move these guys this will definitely be the movers I call.

After reading the glowing reviews, I contacted this company via online quote late Thursday night and had an email response from Max by 9 AM on Friday morning.  He was able to provide movers for a few heavy items we needed help with the same evening, even though they were already booked for a job all day. I know the two young men who helped us had a very long day and big move before ours, but they kept me updated via phone and text about an estimated time and showed up very polite and ready to go. They were fast and very careful with our furniture. They provided equipment to make it as efficient and safe as possible. If we had tried to do it ourselves, the couch not be in good shape. The two-man team Max sent over was excellent, and they were very straight-forward and fair with pricing so there was no surprises or confusion. We will definitely use this team again!

Max and his crew are great. I highly recommend them. From my first contact to the last everyone was prompt, honest, very competent and confidence inspiring. They finished the job with about 15 minutes under the estimated time. I found their rates very competative when compared to some of their competition. Price is a consideration, but it was Max's competence, responsivness and follow through that initially sold me.My move was relatively simple, I had a small container filled with stuff in San Marcos that needed to be moved into my condo in Bankers Hill. Most of the stuff to the unit but some to the condo's storage locker. Additionally I had stuff in the condo's storage locker that needed to be brought up to the unit. The crew arrived exactly on time and as soon as Packrat had the container out, Vadim and Ygor were getting after it. We ran into a problem at the building - the garage door broke, but the crew took it in stride. The problem was quickly resolved by the building, but their "no problem" attitude was inspiring. In what seemed like 15 minutes they had cleared out the storage locker and were on to unloading the truck. The whole thing could not have gone smoother.I'm not planning on moving any time soon, but If I do, I would use Premium Moving again.

I am totally amazed by this team. First they reply fast thru Yelp and gave me a good price quote for our move, second, they were on time the day of the move and both Alex and Vadim? were so efficient and they can remember which box goes where even without putting any labels. I was watching them while they maneuver the dolly and they don't even hit anything. Both of them were very organized and they move pretty fast. They know how to pack and secure our furniture and they made sure we have everything we need. This is the first time I personally hired movers and I am so glad we hired Premium Moving Service. I would definitely hired them again.

The movers showed up on time, worked hard and finished quickly. The price was very reasonable as well. Would recommend to anyone.
