Restrictions apply. Pacman SD will only travel within Southern California. Our movers only travel as far North, as Northern Los Angeles, CA. Additional charges may be imposed if there are any last minuet changes. All moves must be planned in order to be well executed, and a security deposit must be made prior to any work being completed. Receipts will be issued for the initial down payment. Receipts will be different from the final invoice (bil), however the down payment shall be listed on the final invoice as a deduction from the total cost of your move. Please note that the final payment may appear different from the original quote.

Additional charges that may occur. If additional charges occur, charges shall be listed on your final bill. Additional charges may be as follows: Cost of boxes (per box) — charges for boxes are dependent upon size, cost of popcorn foam, shrink wrap, totes, crates, furniture covers, impact resistant barriers, cost for additional trucks including fuel, cost of additional man power, and other things that may occur without foresight.

This move deserves 10 stars. On short notice I received not only a great price but exceptional service. The movers showed up on time and got right to work. My main concern when moving is always the care taken when packing my Grandmother's china. It's not a job I care to do myself as it's well over 100 pieces and in the past has taken me all day. Pac Man SD had the china packed in no time (I wish I would have had them unpack it). The rest of the move went just as well with all my things being handled with great care. They actually finished ahead of the allotted time. These guys are true professionals and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I will definitely use them again in the future. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T HIRE! I inquired about moving services a week prior to my love out day. I requested movers for a specific time, frame (2 hour window) because the apartment complex I live in requires an appointment to use the one service elevator on the property (I live on the 17th floor, so very hard to move large furniture w/o access to service elevator). The guy from Pac Man Movers agreed to arrive in the specified block of time and get my stuff out before my reserved time was up. I called Pac Man Movers the day before my scheduled move to confirm our arrangements were still good, I was clear, and simply repeated the importance of needing the movers to arrive and move my belongings in the two hours I'd reserved. The guy from Pac Man Movers agrees and confirms the movers will arrive within the time frame and be out before the two hour block expires. The day of the move out, I get a call from the Pac Man Mover guy I've been arranging my move with, and he says, the guys are running late and will get to you when they can. I reiterated the urgency of the service elevator reservation, and how I've booked cleaners to arrive and clean after the movers, followed by a walk-thru inspection from the leasing agency. The movers NEVER came and no call back from Pac Man Movers. After this disappointing and deliberate display of lack of professionalism, I incurred a cancellation fee from the short notice cancel with the cleaners, and was forced to delay my move out day, because I had to find new movers and rebook the service elevator. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

The owner of Pac Man SD gave me a visual estimate on the day I called and was able to pack and move my 3 bedroom house within 48 hours.
